This company is good there people are top. The staff do help and are very supportive when speaking on phone. I would not trust any other company, and the staff do help and you won't find a better company.

Most that they send you are nice and extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough for their help but unfortunately, there is one that isn't. Timings are usually bang on but been the occasional times they show up unexpectedly at different times than arranged or just don't show up, which is stressful
when you have mental health problems. I've been very upset by reported disturbing assumptions about myself when they don't know me and my personal life and my conditions and the condescending attitude of one of their workers which makes me feel bad and guilty about myself and my home, which has taken me a lot to speak up and ask for help, rather than continuing to struggle but to then be told such disgusting things said about me and reported - I'm shocked, hurt, infuriated and sickened. I was feeling more positive about everything and was making steps forward but now this has set me right back with my M. H. It took so much for me to trust others coming into my home and helping me and that trust has gone.

Pride aims to provide excellent support and care for individuals and have a CQC rating of Good. Pride is regulated through the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and follow all policies and procedures. Pride is also contracted by the Council and follow all policies and procedures by the local authority.
Regarding your review, our care company works through a secure electronic portal and all visits and documentation is evidenced on this.
Pride is very sorry to hear that you have been upset as this is the first time we have heard of any issues. Pride Community Care Ltd have policies and procedures in place; if you wish to discuss this matter further and raise a concern or complaint, please adhere to the policies, or contact the office as we have an open-door policy and all concerns and complaints are welcome and can be addressed and resolved.
