Prime Care Domiciliary Essex was established in 2022 in Colchester, Essex. It is one of two branches, the second branch is based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Prime Care Domiciliary prides itself on offering a cost-effective and high standard of care to all service users. The Company provides the following specialist services and care: Domiciliary Care (Home Care), Palliative & End of Life Care, Live in Care, Companionship Care, Domestic Care and Respite Care.

These services are provided by a team of health care professionals who have been thoroughly vetted and robustly trained by an internal inhouse trainer. The services are provided within the comforts of the service user's own home and the quality of care is regularly accessed by the field supervisor and Care Coordinator.

The services are for adults aged 18+ and over and provides care for the elderly, people who live with dementia, Alzheimer's, mental health issues, and those with lifelong disability and autism.

Prime Care Domiciliary believes in a multi-agency approach, a good rapport is built with GPs and other healthcare professionals who are involved in the care and wellbeing of the service user so that they receive prime care from all agencies. By working together, service users are supported in their own homes as all individuals are aware of the care plan put in place by Prime Care Domiciliary. All care plans are individualised to each person's needs and the Company prioritises individual liberty and choice so the care plan is created in partnership with each service user.

Prime Care Domiciliary Essex adheres to all policies and procedures mandated by the Care Quality Commission and local authorities such as Essex County Council. Prime Care Domiciliary Essex is registered and regulated by CQC.

I used to be an N.V.Q Assessor and verifier and have no doubt all of your staff would have received their N.V.Qs with flying colours. Their care and attention to the client's needs and condition is first-class. They sometimes have to deal with considerable tack and sympathy to their needs, but always
cope and leave her happy and contented. My wife and I consider them friends and are always pleased to see them. They treat the client's family with respect and try to make a difficult time life experience as comfortable as possible.

The organisation of a full support package involving NHS staff and a local hospice. Staff were extremely quick, efficient, thoughtful, as well as sympathetic and supportive to the whole family as well as to our loved one. We would not have coped without all the help and support. Everything my wife,

My work experience includes employment in a variety of environments within the NHS and in the private sector holding different levels of responsibilities in the delivery of holistic care to vulnerable adults. After searching near and far for admin jobs, Prime Care Domiciliary took a chance on me and I was able to join in January 2022. I have genuinely enjoyed learning something new every day and I have expanded my LinkedIn connections since I have begun working here!


In my time here, I have learned how many different components there are which make the machine that is home care run smoothly. Working in administration has allowed me to use a magnifying glass and see the nitty-gritty details of care and how to approach each situation differently with compassion and respect whilst also getting things done to the highest standard.
