I ensure that services are based around a person-centred care plan and health action plan to promote social inclusion and improve health.

After searching near and far for admin jobs, Prime Care Domiciliary took a chance on me and I was able to join in January 2022. I have genuinely enjoyed learning something new every day and I have expanded my LinkedIn connections since I have begun working here!
In my time here, I have learned how many different components there are which make the machine that is home care run smoothly. Working in administration has allowed me to use a magnifying glass and see the nitty-gritty details of care and how to approach each situation differently with compassion and respect whilst also getting things done to the highest standard.
