We value feedback but your claims are not accurate. We provide daily support and complex care for vulnerable adults. We encounter daily client emergencies, aggression, and racism from clients or their families. Dedicated professionals of British and other nationalities care for your gran and all deserve respect. In 2023, social services specifically requested our assistance due to relationship challenges with previous care companies. We have visited your gran 3x/day almost 1400 times since our start. Visits are audited to ensure our care is of the highest level. Staff use an app on their phones to document the provided care. Your medication error claim is inaccurate and our staff provide necessary items when not delivered. Your value-for-money rating is perplexing as most of this support is provided for free. Our team works incredibly hard to deliver the best care possible. Your gran will confirm she adores her carers, and we understand the emotional strain caused when loved ones age.
