Very helpful staff, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help with my dad. Been a pleasure working with them, very supportive and respectful at all times and managed very well by the team. I would definitely recommend.

The standards I receive are amazing. The carers are kind, caring, considerate and never feel I'm being rushed, always very courteous at all times and compassionate with my needs. If they are going to be late, they always let me know before or if a different carer might come instead. I have been using
247 for 3 years and never had any problems with my personal needs or any financial problems or confidentiality it has always been to a very high standard at all times. I would certainly recommend 247 to other clients should they need a care environment, it has very high standards, hard to beat. I certainly wont be moving. My husband and I are very happy.

The best care company my daughter has had.
Carers are kind, considerate and trustworthy.
My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound, so her manual handling is very important.
247 Home Care carers support my daughters private carer to assist with washing and dressing. Carers are talkative,
and take a keen interest in my daughter and her dog.
247 have never let us down and are very good with time keeping.
247 are always on hand at short notice to cover any sickness by my daughters private carers.
I can not praise this company enough. First class care.

Overall experience is excellent but a couple have let my experience to be tainted. I am sorry to say I have always had a great interchange with the carers but I feel a couple of those carers are making a fool of me and my good nature.

We have been with 247 Home Care since May 2024, it's taken time for the carers to get to know my husband and myself and his care is complex so it has to be right. When we have had any issues, they have been sorted out and recently, after a stressful stay in hospital, I was so grateful for the carers
and support from 247.

On behalf of our family, I am writing to thank you for the care and support you gave to Mum during her final illness. As you are aware, Mum died on 30 April 2024.
Mum suffered from dementia, and we were introduced to your service through the Rapid Response Team. We were immediately impressed with you
and your team’s professionalism, empathic approach to Mum and my sister, practical suggestions, punctuality, and flexibility. All the carers who attended mum, without exception, were caring and kind.

I must say that the care my wife has had from all the carers has been excellent, always cheerful and pleasant. The extra visits since she came out of hospital has been a great help, especially to me as I am not able to help my wife as much as I used to because of my heart problems. I also must mention
that the office staff have always been very helpful in altering visiting times when I have had to because of changes at home. Keep up the good work. Kind regards.

We needed care at short notice after Mum had a few falls and a succession of hospital admissions. Mum was struggling to understand why she needed to eat and drink and take her medication. Carers were patient and kind. The manager and office based staff were responsive. When Mum’s needs changed rapidly,
there was capacity to double up the same day. Thank you.

I cannot fault 27/7 and I don’t know what we would do without them. Nothing is too much trouble and staff don’t need prompting to get things done. My mother in law is very fond of her carers and sees them all as her friends. Thank you so much for your care.

The management always went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law who passed away in November 2021. I only had to put a call in and the situation was sorted, whether it was an issue or additional help required (sometimes at short notice). The carers were all very kind and professional at all times
and kept me informed.

My mother is happy and that is due to the kindness of the carers. They are respectful to her and understand her preferences, which really make a difference to her well-being. When I need to make contact with the office they are always available at any time.

The manager of 247 Home Care is dedicated to caring and expects excellent standards from all of her staff. 247 Home Care encourages service users to share any service issues big or small that are not quite right for them so that they are able to continue to improve the care services that they provide.
247 carers that supported my mother were polite, reliable, respectful, hardworking, trustworthy. 247 carers also had an amazing ability to take care of me which also helped to take care of my mother, reassured and supported me, doubling up with me to help me support my mother. Nothing was too much to ask of them. Carers and managers always keen to help others.

The carers are cheerful, cooperative and on time. It is helpful when one carer can come on a regular basis so that she knows where things are and what is required etc. At the moment things are running smoothly so I hope this will continue.

The manager and her team are friendly, efficient, sensitive, thorough and caring. They deliver an excellent service of effective kindness and care for those who need it with true empathy and care. The cost of the input is of a positive competitive amount and the manager is always looking at the costs
as she is conscious of the difficulties this can create for family members.
The team of carers maintain a very high standard of care, they are aware of not only the legislation, procedures and policies which impact on their duties but also the need to pay attention to the individual and personal details of their client. I can’t praise the manager and her team enough for the wonderful care they deliver each day, 3 times a day to my father.
