West Park supported my 92-year-old widowed brother for twelve months enabling him to live independently at home for as long as possible. The service was always reliable and the care team was excellent. Each individual felt more like a friend and repeatedly went the extra mile to ensure my brother's
welfare and safety.
Overall an excellent service offered with warmth and understanding to both the recipient and the wider family. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Absolutely best in class. Professional but engaging and have become people we can trust. The team really care about my mum and dad and always go the extra mile. We’ve had some hard times with Mum's health recently and the team have gone above and beyond, if they need to stay over time they do and show
such affection for Mum and Dad. Thank you for all that you do for us, you feel like part of our family.

I chose West Park after a search online. I'd found others, but West Park were the ones right from the start who reassured and impressed me the most. I arranged away from home holiday care for Mum, so everything was arranged via phone and email, which could have been daunting, but wasn't. All the staff
arrived on time and the initial meeting went very smoothly and helped me to feel relaxed and trusting. The carers are superb. A real home-from-home service. Many thanks to all.

We are new to receiving care in our home. The small team that looks after my husband are caring, and diligent and manages his needs efficiently and respectfully. He feels comfortable with them and has accepted their help with his personal care much better than I thought he would. I feel this is due
to West Park recruiting excellent employees and ensuring the training and support necessary for them to do their job. This has enabled me to carry on working knowing he is looked after and safely delivered to his regular day centres and activities.

My dad really likes the West Park team. From what I have seen, they are a friendly and efficient bunch who like Dad. All tasks are usually completed in time and the extra 15 minutes in the morning has made a big difference.

I can highly recommend the West Park Care team. They gave my husband, who suffered from Parkinson's and later dementia, both care and companionship. He always enjoyed the visits and they supported him in taking medication on time, meals and exercises. The team were highly professional and friendly and
enabled me to continue to work and then latterly, to give me respite breaks. The company's flexibility was important to me, as were their efforts to keep the same care team with my husband and match his needs and personality as much as possible. I always felt that my husband was as safe as he could be in their care and that communication with me was excellent. Thank you so much to all the team.

For more than four years my daily morning visits from West Park Care team and also their weekly Companionship visits have been crucial in enabling me to continue to live safely in the comfort of my own home. They have also offered reassurance to my distant family that all is well.
The carers are professional
in their work but at the same time warm and friendly. Our laughter together sets me up for the day ahead. The Company has always been flexible and responsive in adjusting to my varying needs.
They are an excellent team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot recommend West Park Care highly enough. I am 200 miles from a friend in Harrogate suffering from dementia. I am anxious to keep my friend in her own home for as long as possible and the staff and carers at West Park Care are enabling her to do so. Someone calls every day to ensure medication
is taken, fresh food is always available (which they also ensure she eats and shop if necessary). They check that my friend's well-being and home are in good order. ie: rubbish, recycling, out-of-date food disposed of. If, as happens, my friend is not at home when they call - because she has forgotten they are coming - they will not leave until she has been located. The company managers are excellent at tailoring care to individual needs and all the carers seem to be chatty, helpful and very caring. As I'm so far away the online daily resume of the visit is particularly helpful. It gives me a little snapshot
into my friend's mood. I am so glad I found West Park Care.

I can highly recommend West Park Care. They supported us through the difficult and emotional navigation of needing care at home. The registered service manager was amazing and was able to give us the best support and advice from the first time we contacted her. They are a highly professional company
in all aspects of care and will do anything to support you and your loved ones. The carers who came to my mum's home were amazing, very caring and extremely professional at all times. Thank you West Park Care for your amazing level of support over the last nine months.

From the very first meeting with the deputy manager, our Dad's needs were put at the centre of all the conversations and plans for his care. The whole family was immediately put at ease, knowing that he would be in safe hands. The care team was excellent. They were extremely warm and friendly, getting
to know our Dad and building a rapport with him each in their own way. The team was so professional, keeping us informed about what they were doing and helping us to keep the information flowing between them and the district nurse team so that nothing got missed. They never rushed, they always spent time chatting with our Dad when he was in the mood to chat, and they were gentle and caring when he was tired. We would wholeheartedly recommend West Park Care.

West Park Care provided excellent care for both of my 91-year-old parents.
The staff were all caring and professional and the office-based staff similarly caring and professional and always available on the phone if any issues arose.
My parents were very happy with the care they received and I would
not hesitate to recommend them.

What a fantastic team, from the very beginning they let our Dad get used to them coming and built up a trusting relationship with him, not only did they care for our Dad they also made sure his beloved dog was looked after as well. This team definitely went above and beyond for our Dad and kept us as
a family up to date with everything that was going on, communication is excellent. They have been instrumental in getting medical assist for our Dad when needed and we can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our Dad.

West Park Care team came in to help in administering time-critical medication and personal care for my mother. The whole team were found to be very caring and approachable and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or concerns about anything. They cared for my mum for roughly 12 months
which took some strain off me. I would highly recommend them.

West Park Care provided an excellent care package. It was very useful to be able to review an online report each day. They were most attentive and flexible. All the carers were kind and communicative. As the visits were mainly an hour they stayed for the full hour which gave time to strike up a relationship
with Mum.
Mum died in December after a short illness. She was always positive about her carers. West Park Care made her last two years comfortable and secure. They also gave the family reassurance that there was someone looking out for her. Thank you, West Park Care so much for your service.

Mum has short term memory loss and was reluctant to have help but when we referred to them as ‘Dinner Ladies‘ who would call to prepare lunch and have a chat she was happy to give it a try!
Six months on, Mum looks forward to the visits and to having a chat over lunch and the occasional ride out. All
the ladies have been so kind and I would highly recommend West Park Care.

The staff at West Park Care looked after my father following a hip replacement. Sadly he was also beginning with Alzheimer’s and the increasing care and support they gave him was marvellous. They were kind and sensitive and not only supported Dad but also myself and my family at this very difficult
time. They went above and beyond their remit to keep Dad safe and well until he could no longer stay in his own home.
