I have found Bluebird Care amazing since joining them last year. After an awful experience with my previous provider, it's been a real breath of fresh air. Their professionalism alongside their very caring nature always has me reassured. I would happily recommend Bluebird to my friends and family.

Have been excellent. Gone above and beyond. If washing up in the sink from last night will not leave it. Go to the local shop for birthday cards, tins of beans and shepherds pie, etc. Always get a receipt. Are excellent in my personal care and always go at my speed, not theirs.

Switched to Bluebird after inconsistent service from a previous provider. Seem excellent so far. More continuity with a regular carer. More regular in timings. And more professional all-round - helpful and willing to go above and beyond. In spite of the coronavirus pandemic, they are maintaining standards.
My father seems happier with the quality of the carers - they chat to him and spend more time on his (relatively straightforward) needs. Good punctual communication with the office too. Very pleased so far.

Bluebird were called in a private capacity to enable my friend to come home from Hospital. The care coordinator dealt with my enquiry efficiently and understood the circumstances. Care was put in place quickly resulting in my friend coming home a week later. The carers arrived on time, were friendly,
compassionate and did all that was asked of them. When in a difficult position needing night sitters, from requesting the service on Thursday a sitter was in place for Monday and the following nights. My experience of Bluebird has been a good one.

An extremely caring and passionate team of caregivers who truly go above and beyond the call of duty. During what would typically be a difficult time in the cold weather they always put the clients first, ensuring they get the very best care and attention at all times. I truly couldn't ask for anything
more and feel comfortable in the fact that my uncle is in their capable hands.
