I give our five-stars in this review, because of the respect she shows my mum, she's kind, punctual, reliable, and follows the Care Plan. She is also excellent at personal care, helps with cooking and meals, and helps around the home with medication and mobility.


She also respects mum's values/beliefs

always dresses appropriately has good PPE and was well briefed.


She has been absolutely brilliant with my mother and fully deserves the comments above. My father has recently passed away and she has offered her assistance and help whenever needed.


She is excellent and the support from the Lifted Team has been very professional in dealing with any issues raised asap.


The Lifted Team are very professional within every department I have had to speak with.

From the beginning of the process we have had friendly helpful interactions. The lady that has been placed full time with my mum has been amazing. She is so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It has been a very good match.

Great company, very supportive and put things in place when we were in an urgent situation very quickly. We used this company for around three weeks. Mum had gone into respite when after two weeks we were told that they couldn't care for her anymore-even though they were a top-class care home with a
dementia unit! We didn't know what to do. I called and spoke to the Customer Success Lead who was very caring and understanding and promised they could have a carer in place within a few days. I was amazed that they did.


They kept in contact with us as a family and the carer regularly and even when mum was very difficult to handle at first due to her dementia, they were there to help us and offer support. Having the carer in the house was like having one of our family looking after her, and as mum got to know them it got easier. We would have continued to use this company as we couldn't fault them, but unfortunately financially it wasn't viable long-term and mum has now moved into a care home. The carer even offered to come to the home on the first day to help with the transition.

I started my care with Lifted in September 2019. Lifted have always shown flexibility with my schedule, this is really important to me as it means I can work around my personal time and work life. Lifted always try their best to accommodate any changes I have to my rota. With Lifted, I feel I have full
control over my care and I am able to plan in advance. Since I started with Lifted, I have had two regular carers and they have been absolutely amazing. They know exactly what I need and what to do, they both complete tasks without me even asking. Lifted has given me a new lease of life! I feel in control and don’t feel like a burden on my family.

Since my very first phone call to Lifted I have been extremely impressed with the service provided. The organisation of the care provided for my mother has been excellent. I have always been able to contact Lifted whenever I have needed to and having the app to see what has happened at each visit is
very reassuring. All of the carers that have assisted my mother have been professional, kind and caring and each of them has made a difference to improve her quality of life. This has had an enormous effect on mine and my family’s life as we are able to relax a bit more knowing my mother is in good hands.

I came across Lifted completely by chance this time last year when I was desperate for a home care agency for my elderly mother. While I had contacted other larger agencies, I found that Lifted was more personal so I started organising care for my mother with Lifted and soon appreciated the careful
approach they follow, from the senior management team, down to field supervisors and the carers themselves. It seems to me that this home care agency has a particular ethos that runs through the company centred around ensuring that the person being cared for remains firmly at the centre of the process.
Apart from the efficiency of the senior management team, it is the carers themselves that make Mum smile. There are days when she is feeling a bit down and gloomy, but once the carer arrives somehow her spirits are 'lifted' so that when I see her in the evening she has a lot to share with me about what she did with the carer, what they spoke about, etc.
In summary, I'm glad I found Lifted!

My stepmother had started using Lifted homecare for twice-weekly visits but when her health deteriorated and she was admitted to hospital, it became clear she needed more care. The Lifted care manager, who knew her from her initial assessment, discussed the option of a live-in carer and worked with
incredible speed and efficiency on a week's notice to get the carer, and to be there with the carer when she came home. This was 10 months ago and the carer has been absolutely fantastic - a warm, caring, sensible person who has enabled my stepmother to still live happily at home. She cooks lovely meals, keeps the house clean, copes with all the hiccups of things going wrong in the house, provides companionship and laughter. She keeps the family informed daily through their app, and I cannot praise her highly enough. When she has days off, Lifted organise replacements seamlessly, and the manager and the team are always approachable and efficient. Lifted has provided outstanding care!
