We've been really delighted with the care provided for our daughter by Compassion Plus Healthcare. Our daughter has learning difficulties and lives in her own home. The ladies who have been supporting her are young, energetic, fun and extremely professional and competent. Our daughter liked them
immediately. They are very well trained and qualified. We have worked closely with them to explain her specific needs as she is non-verbal. The staff have listened carefully and quickly taken on board everything we have asked of them. They keep in close contact with me and ask questions if they are unsure, and they use their initiative too. I feel my daughter is in safe hands and extremely well cared for. And she has a great time and really enjoys their company. We simply could not ask for better support really. The carers are just fabulous.

Compassion Plus Healthcare has taken care of my mother for a number of years on a three and four daily call basis.
From day one I found the Care to be outstanding, time was taken to get to know my Mother and her specific needs.
The staff were always kind and caring whilst ensuring the correct diet
and medication were taken and always helped to encourage Mum to interact socially where possible.
Communication with me was always good so I always knew of any needs or issues.
I was confident that if I was away Mum would be well looked after, it was important to have that peace of mind.
A job consistently well done over a number of years.

We have had your lovely carers for well over a year. They are all so kind and caring not just to my husband but to me also. They come in every morning with smiles and get straight on with caring for my husband. They talk to him with such kindness and always explain what they are doing to him. I couldn't
ask for anything more.

Cannot thank all the staff enough, my dad has been having them since August 2023. It was new for him but they have helped him to settle and took time to get to know him, and are helping him regain confidence and independence, he's very comfortable with them all they're like part of his family, he and
his family have peace of mind knowing if we need any help both carers and office staff are always willing to do what they can to help. Thank you all so much for everything on behalf of my Dad.

The team from Compassion Plus Healthcare are excellent. My husband has been treated with the utmost care. My husband has awkward moments but they are patient, kind and caring. They have treated my home with respect and if they can help me in any way, they are willing to do so. They have also been punctual

Carers are very patient with my grandad, well mannered and attentive. Always on time and pleasant to talk to and easygoing. One carer, in particular, is fantastic, Grandad is lucky to have them caring for him.

The carers have been wonderful with Mum, always proactive and super fast with reacting to her needs - we're very happy with the team! My son moved into a beautiful supported living house in March 2022. He has been unwell and was in hospital for 9 to 10 weeks prior to moving in. He has settled in so quickly and is doing so well! The staff are amazing, so dedicated, kind and do an impeccable job! I have never ever come across a care
company that looks after and supports my son so brilliantly. I am in awe of how well they look after my son! Finally, my son has got such amazing care! Thank you Compassion Plus from the bottom of my heart!

I am deeply sorry you feel this way and that you had a negative experience at the start of the service provision.
The senior managers have already met with you to discuss the experience you had. At the meeting you highlighted that you were very happy with the service provision, however you expressed that you had had a bad experience which resulted from one member of staff cancelling last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. You informed us that you were happy with how the issue was resolved and that your friend did not go without the care and support she needed. You informed us that you had based your review on your experience of that incident. You have now told us that your loved one is very delighted with the care team supporting her and that she is very happy. We were also delighted to hear that if you were to review us again, you would write a very positive review.

Compassion Plus had looked after my friend since last June and until she passed in February this year The service was incredible, the care was excellent, they were always so very kind and thoughtful. I always knew what was going on, if she needed a doctor, they would call me immediately. I could always
get someone on the phone as well with no problem at all. My friend looked forward to seeing them every day. They prepared her meals, washed the dishes and did anything that she asked. I had the app on my phone so I could see what was happening at all times, so if at any time I could not go in, I knew what she had eaten, that she had taken medication etc and all was well. All the staff were exceptional and so kind and you could see they really cared for my friend. You hear so many different stories about care companies but this company always went above and beyond. It made my life so much easier knowing the quality of care was there and especially that my friend loved them all as well.

I am so impressed with Compassion Plus. Dad has been looked after since October 2021. The staff have a great rapport with Dad, and their visits really cheer him up as well as provide excellent care for him. We always know what’s going on via the app, which is very detailed and helps keep my brother,
sister and I in the loop, flagging up anything that may need addressing. The central hub is easy to get hold of, and I find the carers and management very approachable. With their meal preparation, personal care, medication, washing/drying clothes when needed, celebratory touches for special occasions - it’s clear that Compassion Plus puts the well-being of the people they care for (and their families) at the top of their list. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend this company as without their help and support we would be struggling as a family to have found the support for our mother. My mother is now having excellent care which is keeping her out of hospital and having a quality of life in her own home. Nothing is too much trouble and the
staff go above and beyond their expected delivery of care. I am provided with reassurance knowing that this level of care is in place as I live 250 miles away.
