Errand Plus and Personal Services is a family oriented service driven by family values to provide care and support services and errand services enabling people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their home and community.

Errand Plus and Personal Services provide services which include personal care, meal preparation, help with getting dressed and in and out of bed, companionship and assistance to assess the community, shopping and errand running, medication reminders, live-in care, care at home and home help services.

The services are provided by trained local staff with a caring attitude and a professional approach to meet the care needs of service users with a person-centered approach.

Errand Plus have looked after my son on two occasions, each time for one university term, whilst he was a full-time disabled student. They were always very caring, responsive to his needs, communicative and efficient. We would definitely use them again if our son returned to the Norwich area.

Contacted the service and received an immediate response. We scheduled a consultation for a few days later and my errands started the same week. Medication collection and drop off, plus weekly shopping. Excellent service, excellent communication. Well worth the money and would highly recommend it. The
customer service is top-notch, and I feel very safe relying upon Errands Plus for my needs. I'll definitely continue to use them!

Errand Plus has proved very reliable, which is extremely important when you are choosing an agency to look after a loved one. The caring staff were punctual and attentive and if you needed to discuss anything you could always simply pick up the phone; your Errand Plus contact was easy to get hold of.
Pricing
was reasonable; some were much more expensive and if you needed to change times or cancel certain days the agency was helpful - they only needed a week's notice to arrange a new timetable subject to their other existing commitments.
Overall very satisfied, would recommend.

My mother had MND (Motor neurone disease) and needed help with showering and dressing in the mornings. She really enjoyed her carers time with her. They were always cheerful, professional and really made her feel important and cared for. They would prioritise her some mornings if they felt she hadn't
been well the day before. They responded really well in a crisis, extra staff visiting in case we needed them. Excellent care throughout.

Very happy with how Errand Plus has grown to become a trusted care provider. The manager and his team are efficient and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Members of this team have gone above and beyond their duties to address the needs of my grandmother. Kindness and compassion has been

Upon enquiry regarding the collection and delivering of a prescription, the representative was extremely helpful and informative, with costs and procedures fully explained. They even phoned the pharmacy for me to ensure the prescription had been fulfilled. On collection day, I received a call to inform
me the rep was in the queue at the pharmacy (social distancing being practised) and would be with me shortly. Half an hour later the prescription was on my doorstep. The cost was very reasonable and I'm sure it could hardly have covered the expense of the service. I was highly delighted with the service and will be contacting them again next month for delivery of my next prescription.

I am very impressed with Errand Plus. The carer has persevered with my mother-in-law, who can prove difficult at times (nature of Alzheimers). A great weight has been lifted as only I was giving personal care. The carer has allowed me to have a couple of days free each week. Errand Plus are caring and
professional. Greatly impressed with management who have already had 2 reviews with us in the 2 and a half months they've been provided care. Good communication with the carer. Will be looking to using Errand Plus more in the future.

My mother can be difficult at times and will refuse help, however, Errand Plus management ensured they put the right carer with her. The carer has a great manner and has great success, much to our amazement, particularly with personal care. I feel confident that Errand Plus are doing their best for
clients and certainly have that "personal touch". Highly recommend.

The care that my daughter has received is excellent. After 9 years of 'trying to get it right' I finally think we have. I can now leave my daughter and relax knowing she is shown dignity and respect while also being supported in everyday tasks in a very caring and understanding way. Her home is kept
immaculate. Support workers work together well with good communication with each other and myself. Also, management is in contact with us all on a regular basis.
I would definitely recommend Errand Plus. Thank you to you all.

My daughter has received support from Errand Plus for the last 6 weeks. We are all very pleased with the service so far. My daughter and her friend share a bungalow and a support package due to their physical and learning difficulties. They are treated with dignity and respect and also as individuals.
The cleanliness of the bungalow is of a high standard as are all aspects of their care. Everyone is approachable and the service is managed locally. This is a 5 star plus service.
