Evergood have been caring for my mum since July 2024 and they have been excellent. Mum found it difficult to adjust to having carers and Evergood were both consistent in approach and patient. It is not the same carer that attends each day but there is a pool of a few different carers who attend and
who mum has become accustomed to. Each carer has their own individual strengths so it is good to have the variety, and allows my mum the chance to speak to someone different each time.


Evergood staff are almost always accessible and very accommodating. There have been times where keys cannot be found, mum has inadvertently locked herself in a room, or other issues and Evergood staff have always gone above and beyond to assist. Evergood are a care provide I can trust.

I am receiving very good care from the Carers from Evergood Medicals. Very kind hard working, caring carers. The office staff are always listening to every request. I have been looked after since the past few years and I am ever happy. I recommend them.

We have had carers for my husband for over a year from Evergood Medical. The care we receive from them is of a very high standard. They are punctual and reliable. I feel totally confident in leaving my husband with them and he enjoys their company. I am also very appreciative of staff in the office
who are always very helpful and flexible in accommodating to our needs.

Evergood has been brilliant in the care of my husband. Staff are always friendly and very dependable. Everybody is very well trained and they go above and beyond for us. It gives me great comfort to know my husband is in good hands and treated like family.

The service was overwhelmingly good. I could ask for and receive any help. The staff took time to understand our needs and were very patient. During stressful times the staff support was both professional and caring in personal ways as they took time to get to know both of us and our needs. Highly recommended!

We started using Evergood in April 2023 and they came for a year until my husband died. They were amazing as they always came on time and were so kind to my husband. They always treated him with respect and were cheerful and very helpful. I miss them coming!
