I can honestly say Bluebird are professional and very helpful when contacted. All staff that attend to my mother-in-law treat her very well and are patient and kind. The tea that attends to our property are respectful and pleasant and do their role very well. I can honestly say overall, this company/team
are very good at their job, and we, as a family, are very grateful.

My mother-in-law is very, very happy with her carer who is extremely caring and professional, also she is polite and makes sure my mother-in-law is happy and safe. She leaves a first-class carer in my view, also a nice young lady.

Bluebird has worked very hard to help Mum live independently in her own home. The Care Coordinater has gone above and beyond to personally ensure Mum has the right level of care. Her Carers have been kind, considerate and helpful in all aspects of Mums personal care. Again all have done a lot with
Mum to ensure her care is of a high standard. We thank all at Bluebird for bearing with us during a worrying time because Mums health deteriorated. However, the care coordinator and the team always try their utmost to look after Mum and her needs. Thank you very much.

Since being taken on as an emergency complexed care need package. I have received 100% at present all aspects of my care needs have been met. Food nutrition, I have multiple food allergies and my food has to be cooked from scratch, however Bluebird staff have gone above and beyond their duty of care
to manage my nutritional needs. I would recommend Bluebird Care to family.

We had Bluebird Care Sandwell carers in twice a day to look after my mom who has dementia and needs assistance with daily personal tasks. The team of carers have been lovely, caring people who have treated Mom with dignity and respect when dealing with her personal care. They also undertook other small
tasks such as making sure Mom had eaten and taken medication and always made her a cup of tea before leaving. If there were any issues, these were reported to the office who then rang us to follow up. Any time I have dealt with the Bluebird Care staff, they have always been very polite and helpful. I also love the fact that they have an app where I can log in and see which carer called, when they called and what care they had provided. It also lets you see who is due to visit up to a week in advance so I could let Mom know who would be calling on any day. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care Sandwell.

I needed carers for my elderly dad, and after searching on the internet came across BLuebirdwhich had very good reviews. The staff at Bluebird, when I spoke to them on the phone were very helpful and setting up the care package went smoothly. The carer who looks after dad is so helpful, my dad can't
speak highly enough of her. The open pass app which is part of the package is excellent too. Overall extremely pleased with Bluebird Care.

The carers deliver care to a high standard. My relative always looks clean, presentable, has diet and fluids to hand and the carers make an effort to communicate with her despite of her being deaf. The carers will ensure that she has her allocated meals and enough to eat and drink. If there are any
changes to her care plan then Bluebird is easily contactable and ensure changes are made if required, she is very grateful for the carers.

Bluebird Care Sandwell set a standard for personal care that every other Home Care provider should aspire to.
My mother-in-law's care has been exceptional since she fell and returned home from hospital following hip surgery. Her mobility is now severely restricted and she needs a lot of help with all
aspects of her personal care.
I suggest that my wife is a good judge, she is a trained nurse with 30 years experience, having spent much of her career in care for the elderly.
We live 100 miles from mum and were unable to visit at all during the Covid-19 lockdown. Throughout this time Bluebird Care has been the best decision we could have made on mum's behalf.
Mum was adamant that she wanted to return home following her accident and she has been looked after by a thoroughly professional and caring organisation. Her carers are all very positive, pleasant and well trained. Mum consistently sees the same small group of carers and looks forward to their visits.

My mum had terminal cancer and had a wish to spend her remaining days at home. We thought there would only be a few days for her, but she was here for over 3 weeks. This is in no small part to the level of care and support from Bluebird and their staff. We can't thank them enough really and along with
another agency, Dad and I were able to keep her comfortable, happy and dignified for her last days. Mum needed less care towards the end as she would sleep more and this was easily accommodated and changed. There is an app you can use to see who is coming and when. They were all so lovely and professional, especially with the threat of Covid-19 hanging over us. I can not recommend them enough for the peace of mind that they gave us and the respect they gave my mum. She loved seeing who was coming in next. Thanks to all their staff that helped us.

The care Bluebird provides has given reassurance that my Aunt is ok and well in her home. They have helped her regain some independence and she thinks highly of the carer who attends. The access via the app also provide useful updates whilst I am at work and provide the reassurance that everything is
ok. Tasks required are also completed as planned and the general assistance provided ensures we can stay on top of my Aunt's care, health and overall wellbeing.

My aunt has been in receipt of care provision since Xmas time. As next of kin, I have had regular interaction with Bluebird Care, particularly with the manager there. Our working relationship is very good and a lot of consideration has been shown towards my aunt. I have access to the staff notes on

Very happy with the care package my mom receives. It's good she has the same carer most days and enjoys her company as well as being helped with her everyday needs.
The manager is very helpful when times or requirements need changing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Being

We have tried a few care providers but6 no one comes close to Bluebird. Outstanding carers. Nothing is too much trouble. They go the extra mile. Always very friendly and punctual. I needed care for my parents one is blind and the other has dementia, the service has been excellent and my parents have taken to it very well. The staff have been very helpful and friendly always turning up on time and providing all we have requested. Although we have not been using this service for

Jatinder & Kiran

Jatinder & Kiran Sahota

Job Title: Owners & Directors

Joined: 2018

Jatinder Sahota and Kiran Sahota are the owners and directors of Bluebird Care Sandwell.


After qualifying as a Pharmacist Jatinder spent five years working in the community gaining experience in helping elderly and vulnerable customers. Kiran completed a degree in Economics and worked for a leading bank as a trainer and customer services manager. They wanted to put their gained experience, knowledge and skillsets to use by doing something that would positively impact others’ lives and decided to join the Bluebird Care network and open Bluebird Care Sandwell.


It is important to Jatinder and Kiran that the homecare services that Bluebird Care Sandwell deliver are consistently delivered to a high standard. “Good old-fashioned service” is not just a tagline, we mean it!


Kayleigh

Kayleigh Martin

Job Title: Registered Manager

Kayleigh is our CQC registered care manager and is responsible for the wellbeing of our customers and staff team. She joined us as a care assistant in 2019 with a passion to care and a love for all things 50’s related. Within a short space of time she was promoted to care supervisor and in 2021 took another step up into the role of Care Coordinator. In September 2022 Kayleigh accepted her current position as registered manager and has since made a positive impact to the services we provide and is an asset to our organisation.

Nicole Arnold

Job Title: Care Co-ordinator

Joined: 2021

Nicole is usually the first face you will meet as she is responsible for completing all new customer assessments and ongoing reviews. Nicole loves being out in the field meeting our wonderful customers and collecting invaluable feedback.


Nicole joined our team as a care assistant in 2021. She was new to care but impressed us with her naturally caring nature and ability to learn quickly. She was soon promoted to supervisor and then care coordinator where she continues to go above and beyond for our customers and staff team.


Zoe

Zoe Martin

Job Title: Training & Recruitment Administrator

Joined: 2021

Zoe is usually the first voice you will hear when you call our office. She is responsible for onboarding new carers and dealing with all general customer queries.


She started with Bluebird Care Sandwell in 2021 as a part-time administration apprentice while studying at college.


Zoe impressed us with her eagerness to learn and take on more responsibilities. She enjoyed her role so much that she left college and came to work with us full-time as a training and recruitment administrator.


Amanda

Amanda Waite

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

Amanda is one of our friendly field care supervisors. She is talkative and bubbly and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. You will find Amanda visiting our customers regularly to complete competency spot checks on carers and reviewing care plans to ensure they continue to meet our customer’s needs.
