My mum really enjoys the cleaner. We have her every month and she does an excellent service we love her.
The only thing I would say is that I now come in to book her for the next month, as in the past we have rung to book the appointment but they have either not been booked or missed entirely. This
has really upset my mum so now I come in to book the service.

Some fantastic carers! It's just a shame the fantastic care received by individual carers gets often overshadowed by management's very obvious lack of experience leaving a cancer patient who also suffers with various other disabilities, vulnerable and abandoned.
The professional incompetence of the
"office" lead to their being no care or inconsistent care on several occasions and when we attempted to hold them to account they responded by making up lies of being threatened and excuses instead of taking responsibility ultimately making the ultimate cop out by terminating their woefully inadequate service.
For the second and final time we have forwarded our experience to CQC whose current rating of "requires improvement" won't be changing any time soon. Fortunately for us we had the foresight to record all calls, save all emails and these have been forwarded too.
I wish anybody using their woefully inadequate service the very best of luck. They're going to need it.

All the staff are very punctual. Good manners. All wear personal protective equipment. All seem to adhere to the care plan which is so important. The company is easy to contact at any time and would recommend them. We have had other companies in the past and Local Homecare are the best.

Local Homecare answered my call late on a Friday when no one else did. I needed to put some emergency care in place. They were round the next day to set up. The person who took the calls was beyond kind. I called many times and she was so patient and supportive.
The manager was thorough and reassuring.
She gave us all kinds of ideas on how to make life easier. She went above and beyond by putting us in touch with the local neighbourhood team.
All the members of staff who visited were cheerful and professional. I would highly recommend this provider.

All the carers have gone above and beyond in recent weeks to help my father cope with his many ongoing health problems and my mother who has worsening dementia, giving the rest of the family much needed peace of mind. They have always been treated with dignity and respect. Sadly my father has just
passed away and my mother is now in a care home, but having the right care at home has allowed my parents to stay at home together for as long as possible

I am very happy with how the service is going. Spent time for walks all around surrounding areas, Yeadon and Bramhope. Regularly go to Pets at Home to buy birdseed, post office, Marks and Spencer.
Am planning to use the sessions to go back to the gymnasium.

We have only been using Local Homecare for a couple of weeks for mum, (the girls come to make her lunch and sit with her for an hour and same again at tea time ) we have been very satisfied with the care she has received so far from her “dinner girls” as she calls them.

I used this service for emergency care for my mum who has dementia.
They responded quickly with a visit to assess mum. The worker who did a night-shift with mum was very good and treated my mum with respect and dignity. I arranged the care in Scotland my mum lives in Leeds very impressed with how
quick it was arranged I would recommend this service.
