We are sorry to hear your experience with Right at Home has not been positive and can assure you we take all complaints and concerns very seriously. Right at Home do not discourage complaints and seek to use feedback for continuous improvement.
The allegation mentioned did not relate to a Right at Home employee meaning we are unable to conduct investigations into persons not under our employment. We advise any concerns relating to violence or violent behaviour, be reported to the Police. Right at Home will always support the Police and other agencies with their enquiries.

They are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of service they offer and are delighted that the growing number of 4* and 5* reviews on Homecare.co.uk and the increasing number of word-of-mouth referrals for clients and carers received are an indication that their commitment to constant and never-ending improvement is bearing fruit.
Gavin and his team believe that by looking after their carers they will look after Right at Home South Liverpool's clients. They provide in-house training, supervision and spot checks to ensure quality standards are upheld and look to offer career progression opportunities to carers where possible.
Gavin's view is that "we don't just take care of our clients, we look after their families as well by providing clear communication with family members and removing the worry that their loved one is receiving the right care in their home".
