Gavin and his team believe that by looking after their carers they will look after Right at Home South Liverpool's clients. They provide in-house training, supervision and spot checks to ensure quality standards are upheld and look to offer career progression opportunities to carers where possible.
Gavin's view is that "we don't just take care of our clients, we look after their families as well by providing clear communication with family members and removing the worry that their loved one is receiving the right care in their home".
