The boutique company offers services that are designed to cater to clients’ individual needs and can vary from short daily visits to a full-time Live-In Care. Visits can range from 30 minutes any time, day or night, to night sitting or Live-In care services, depending on the individual’s needs.

I cannot stress how truly grateful I am, not only for the day-to-day multi-faceted care but also for the unbelievable quick thinking of one of the Blue Angel team, who was able to turn, what could have well been a disaster, into an incredible outcome. Despite the fact that I am approx 150 miles away,
(and over 70 years old!) This team of Care workers, have given me peace of mind knowing they do what they say on the tin!.... They CARE....they really care!!.... Thank you, Blue Angel Care.

My mum is a service user and has had bad experiences in the past with care companies. Yours was recommended and wow we are so pleased she came to you. The helpfulness and willingness of staff whether carers through to management has exceeded her expectations. Mum struggles physically and the fact the
carers don’t rush her and handle her gently is very important to her. So too is having the consistency wherever possible of carers. Thank you Blue Angel for your role in mums life plays a big part and it has made such a positive difference (especially during the lockdown and isolating).

Cannot fault the excellent care from every member of staff. My dad was very well looked after from the start right up to his passing on 17th November 2020.

Overall care is very good and most of the staff are polite. But there will never be 100% with caring as we are all human and we cannot get on with everyone. But I have not found any major issues and if I did I would take them to the office.

We have found Blue Angel Care to be a very professional care agency. All carers are professional and friendly with a great attitude setting the client at ease. We have found all carers willing to go the extra time to assist the client.

My daughter has been a client of Blue Angel, Newbury, for around 2 years now. They are always very professional, trustworthy, kind and helpful. They do regular reviews and are always there at the end of the phone or by email. Communication is excellent and all of the team are punctual and reliable.

Having been a client with Blue Angel for nearly two years I can honestly say that they are one of the best companies that I have ever used. Their timekeeping is very good and the carers will ring me if there's a problem and they're running late, which happens occasionally. The carers often go over and
above a simple job of just assisting me by listening to my problems. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with my carer, she has been a great support to me and nothing that she won't do for me. Her kindness and friendship is so much help to me and I do not know how I managed before without her.
Your other carers did well for me but my carer goes that extra mile and understands me.

From the first point of contact the Blue Angel team have been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and respond to calls and emails promptly. Carers go above and beyond and will go out of their way to help their client. They are flexible, trustworthy and accommodating and above all they are

Hello! My name is Hayley and I am the Registered Manager of Blue Angel Care Basingstoke.


I started working for Blue Angel Care in September 2018 as a Care Manager and opened up the Basingstoke location. I am now the Registered Manager of our Basingstoke location.


I chose this job because I love helping people and making a difference. I am a real people person so knowing that I have made a difference to someone along the way makes me truly happy. I love organization and that helps me endlessly in my role. When managing and mentoring staff, I love watching people grow and overcoming challenges.


I am a mum of 2, family time is precious so making memories with my family is a must. My son is football mad so whether this is standing on the sideline, taking the children out for days out, or walking the dogs - it's all precious to me.

Hello! My name is Abigail and I am the Care Coordinator of Blue Angel Care Basingstoke.


I started off at Blue Angel Care as a Senior Caregiver, 2 months later I got the opportunity for being a Care Specialist in the office in August. I was then working alongside my Manager and helping with the Coordinating after which I got offered the role of the Care Coordinator in October 2020 which I accepted.


What I like most about my role is working on rounds that are well suited for the carers and work well with the clients. I enjoy templated rounds and keeping the team happy. I enjoy seeing carers progress in their job roles and some are now working alongside me in the office


In my free time, I enjoy riding and competing with my horses, I have 2 horses called Amos and Bertie. I also help out others with their horses and also help at shows when they are competing. When I'm not doing this I enjoy playing with cars, taking my car to car shows and racing


I really enjoy my time at Blue Angel Care, amazing company to work for and I have such a great team that I work with.

I have been enjoying working with Blue Angel Care since 2019. I have two children and I live in Basingstoke with my youngest son. I have worked for many care companies and I decided to join Blue Angel Care in 2022 as a Care Giver. It was a breath of fresh air to meet such a caring and passionate team.


I was then offered my dream job as Training and Development Officer, in March 2023 and I am thoroughly enjoying my journey so far. I love supporting caregivers on their journey, enabling them to grow and make a difference to our clients.


I have two boys and a sausage dog at home and when I am not working I am with my children and partner. You will normally find us on long walks in the countryside or at a theme park! We love an adventure!
