Made mum's time at home easier in the last stages, very caring and kind nothing was too much trouble, would recommend them to anyone. Nothing too much trouble for the management team always tried to resolve any issue.

MK Care Services staff were very compassionate and professional in the delivery of their services and support for my mom during the most challenging period of her life. Their staff always arrived on time, were polite, took the time to listen to our needs as a family and subsequently made sure the information
given was considered and incorporated when delivering mom's care needs. My mother was not just a number to them; they treated her with dignity, compassion and care. I can only say thank you to each and every one at MK Care Services.

I have only praise for the service provided which helps both me and my wife who has acute back problems. All the staff who have been to wash and dress me, morning and night have been so jolly and perk us both up, they also perform a very professional service. Highly recommend to anyone who has similar
movement disorders. They are very patient, understanding and amicable. Most of all it helps my wife no end as the extremes of movement are worse at both morning and evenings when my medication does not work as well.

When the care/support first met my wife and me they tried to be friendly. After a few weeks, the care/support became part of our family having fun. All the care/support workers went our of their way to look after my wife. Thank you to all of your staff.

The carers are all very polite and attentive. My husband's modesty is always protected, and he is happy with the carers. They arrive on time 99% of the time and usually let you know if they are delayed.

After quite a long stay in hospital, I was discharged home with a package of care. I was rather concerned as previous packages fell short in providing the care I required however from the onset MK Care did not disappoint me. The quality of care has been and continues to be of a very high standard.
The attention with regard to safety and my personal hygiene is delivered with compassion and kindness.
The care workers visit me 3 times a day and treat me with dignity and respect.
It is evident that the manager of MK Care has a healthy working relationship with the people she employs.

I can highly recommend MK Care Services. Their staff are very efficient, kind and caring. I cannot fault their care or attitude to work. The management team have been brilliant too, very accommodating to my husband's changing needs - nothing has been too much trouble.

Difficult start due to lack of dementia experienced carers. Got better over time.
Timekeeping was the biggest challenge with Mum often left in wet pads for 14 hours!

All our carers are dementia trained. We tried our best for a client who only had two 30 mins visits a day and left in the care of family the rest of the time. We provided consistency in carers. We apologise for the mix-up on times on some occasions. We are delighted that we worked together with the family in finding a 24-hour placement, which the client needed.
