Being a Managing Director at Lovehands, my aim is to manage the provision of care and support to people in their own homes of high quality. Having started my caring career 17 years ago, I have had the privilege to work alongside other professionals in different health and care settings which has massively helped me to build a good CQC rating service, helping our Local Authority and the NHS by enabling people to stay in their own homes and community for as long as possible.
