I have been very impressed by the service I have received from carers at this branch. My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and my carers gave us a card and flowers to mark the occasion. They also gave me a card to celebrate the fact that I have been out of hospital for a
year.
All the carers are always very professional but also very kind and caring. I am very pleased that I chose Helping Hands to provide care for me.

All of the carers especially one of them have been brilliant, they have helped me to achieve my goals and I look forward to my care visits.
Everyone at Helping Hands has been helpful and friendly, we are very happy with the service.

The Helping Hands Camberley team look after my mum every evening, giving her a meal and getting her ready for bed. All the carers are very professional and always kind and considerate. Mum loves them and it's a great comfort to know that they are there to look after Mum.

About me


I joined Helping Hands in October 2021. I started as the Care Coordinator and I was promoted shortly after to Branch Care Manager. I take pride and responsibility in my job role and work hard with my team to ensure our lovely customers are safe and well looked after. Our aim is to provide a good quality of care and encourage independence as much as possible for our customers.


Experience and expertise


I started my career in healthcare as a care assistant 7 years ago, and during those years I gained a lot of knowledge and experience, worked with many amazing people, and looked after beautiful, kind, vulnerable individuals.


Caring for vulnerable people is the most challenging, sometimes difficult, work both physically and mentally, but at the same time, it gives you the most joy and happiness at the end of the day.


Why I chose Helping Hands


I joined Helping Hands because the company has been in the field for over 30 years, has a good reputation, and employees are appreciated, encouraged and supported to grow inside the company. As a new manager, I would like to run a safe service by following the regulations set up by the CQC. Most of all though I am enjoying working with my colleagues, and I really enjoy visiting our customers and having a joyful chat with them.
