All the staff at Wellbeing Homecare Services have been kind, helpful, respectful and caring. They have shown patience and sensitivity to my parents who both have dementia. They have kept them safe and updated me with any concerns including callers and appointments to ensure their safety and well-being.
Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above, providing an efficient professional service which our family are very grateful for. They have allowed my parents to remain at home and be independent despite their challenges. I can't recommend them highly enough, from the admin and management team to the lovely carers who visit daily.

When mum came out of hospital we managed to continue having the wellbeing ladies in the mornings and evenings. Our family was very stressed, but the ladies turned up with their expertise, friendly smiles and empathy and life began to get a lot less stressful. I cannot thank everyone at Wellbeing enough
for everything that they did in such a professional, caring and friendly way. Thoroughly recommend them.

From being a very reluctant client of 'needing care' the team at Wellbeing Homecare Services very soon became mums friends.
The care provided was compassionate and of a very high quality.
The team were well led and supported by managers.
Each member of Wellbeing Homecare Services respected our home
and were so generous of their time and talents, be it washing up a few pots or helping with a little ironing, nothing was too much trouble.
Mums end of life care was delivered with understanding and dignity as well as complete support for myself and my siblings.
We feel blessed to have been fortunate to have had Wellbeing as a part of our journey.

The carers are always good time keepers, efficient and kind. Willing to go above and beyond their role by ensuring my care needs are met with a person-centred approach. I would recommend Wellbeing Homecare Services to others as I have previously done so.

The level of professional care given to my mum was above and beyond.
Many of the staff had really good friendships with her, and my mum commented on many occasions how cared she felt both in her physical needs as well as in her mental health.

I would highly recommend Wellbeing healthcare. The managers and carers went above and beyond to help my mum-in-law. They treated her amazingly. It was such a relief to know she was so well looked after.

Wellbeing Homecare Services provide a friendly, reliable service to clients needing assistance in their own homes.
The manager and her team looked after my mum for almost a year, which enabled us to fulfil Mum's wishes to stay in her own home.
I felt the carers who visited daily genuinely cared about
my mum, and some often went above and beyond what was expected of them.
If you are looking for a caring company to provide a great service for your loved ones, Wellbeing Homecare Services won't disappoint!

Wellbeing Homecare, is wonderful with Mum and help relieve the guilt somewhat, of not being able to look after her, ourselves. They go above and beyond in ensuring she is comfortable and is able to deal with her sometimes, difficult days.

Mum suddenly needed more care and the manager and all the carers went out of their way to offer help. Mum has care four times a day and the girls bring a smile to her face, which I haven't seen for a while so it feels like I've got my mum back. They are encouraging her to start moving a little more,
they make her lunch, coffees and wash up and always leave her house looking tidy. Mum loves the company so I highly recommend using Wellbeing at home.

Excellent care is given to my mum. Always happy to help Mum with any problems she has, such as calling the doctors and picking up her meds etc. Mum loves the care from them. My mum is nursed in her bed and has four calls a day. Carers are always happy to help Mum and even go out of their way to fetch
Mum fish and chips, which she really enjoys. Wonderful care is given. Thank you to all of you at Wellbeing Homecare.

The carers are really lovely and look after my parents very well. They take the time to chat with them and are willing to go the extra mile, for example fetching a paper, running the vacuum cleaner around. They are very respectful of both my parents' wishes.

Wellbeing Homecare Services have been caring for our mum since last summer through very unprecedented times. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, at any time. They are lovely ladies who care for Mum and just keep going the extra mile in everything they do for her. We would be lost without them
and I can honestly say that we would have no hesitation in assuring anyone who has a loved one that needs care - whatever type - that these ladies are the ones to choose. Thank you for all you do and continue to do.

My mother has been using the services of Wellbeing Homecare for over 3 years now. I have to say that the level of care and service that they provide, is exemplary in every way. When the time comes for a loved one to admit that they may need some additional help. Or in fact you, yourself, realise that
you need some help in providing additional care for your loved one. The decision is not an easy one and is somewhat gut-wrenching. Fortunately, within a very short time of speaking to Wellbeing and shortly after meeting their wonderful staff, you realise that the correct decision has been made. My Mother knows, at all times, who is coming to assist her and is always greeted by a warm, friendly smile from each of her carers. These ladies go above and beyond in providing care for my mother's every need and she considers each and every one of them her friends. A truly wonderful company.

The standard of care received is very good. The carers are quick to give care when needed, even at short notice. They are always polite, patient, punctual and professional in their job. My father is always complimentary about the team of ladies that look after him. They are good listeners, even if they
have listened to the stories a thousand times.

Wellbeing Homecare have been caring for Mum since February 2019. They provide a high quality and importantly, reliable service suited to Mum's needs and the care providers are pleasant and skilled. I imagine it has been very difficult to maintain their spirits during the three periods of lock-up that
we have endured, but they have done their best to buoy Mum's mental and physical well-being. The Managers at Wellbeing Homecare have been assiduous in keeping in contact with us and have been prepared to negotiate mutually agreeable compromises, even including the (carefully safeguarded and Covid compliant) visits. I hope that they are able to maintain the current level of service provision. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been using the service for my Mum for over 12 months. The staff are very friendly and efficient on all levels. They are easy to get hold of for any issues with Mum that arise. They not only help her dress but chat to her and show an interest in her, which is important.

Wellbeing have been providing excellent care for Dad for the past few months since it became clear that he needed extra help to continue living independently. It’s been a difficult time with Covid but the team has dealt with this very efficiently, which has been reassuring.
The carers are friendly
and kind and Dad has had no problem adapting to the new daily routine and enjoys their company and daily chats. The management have been approachable and understanding and available to deal with any problems or discuss changing needs. Highly recommended.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Wellbeing Homecare Services is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
