Wellbeing provides a first-class, caring service which is flexible to suit my mother's needs. Recently, when she was unwell, they notified me immediately of their concerns and stayed with my mum until my arrival. We were then able to quickly change the number and times of her visits to provide extra
care until she recovered. The staff at Wellbeing are always friendly, polite and efficient and Mum looks forward to her care visits. I would absolutely recommend this service to others.

Wellbeing Homecare have cared for my mother for 3 years. I am so pleased that my mother has a set routine with her regular carers on a daily basis. During COVID-19, I have kept in touch with her and the team via video and regular telephone calls. It is so pleasing to know that my mother is happy
with her carers. The carers have a lovely and kind nature towards her. They are patient and always making her laugh. The best part is that the carers understand her sense of humour and all have a laugh together. I am able to live my own life independently and be her daughter by having conversations about her day and the plans she has when the lockdown is eased. Thank you to all the carers and managers who help my mother daily to live her life as safely and independently as possible.

My father has a neurological condition resulting in various needs. All the team were great, friendly, respectful and patient. We had a mixture of home visits for food times and some longer social visits to enable my dad to get out still. The communication and support from the management was spot on
always keeping me informed more than previous agency’s we’ve used.
As his condition progressed they were very helpful upping the level of care when needed until it was decided he needed to be in a nursing home as his home wasn’t suitable for his needs.

My mum recently asked me to let the management know how much she likes one of her carers because she is so kind and friendly with her. I would say, however, that there is a very good rapport between my mum and all her carers. They have a relaxed, friendly and kind way with her and they make her laugh.
From our point of view (4 daughters), mum is kept clean and tidy, medication is given and meals served 3 times a day. The kitchen and bathroom kept clean and washing done. The carers are also observant and we get to know quickly if there are any problems, health or otherwise. This gives us peace of mind. There is also support from staff and management if we have any worries or concerns. All in all, I think we get an excellent service from mum's team.

Thought I would just like to say how pleased I am with the care my mother receives. Nothing is too much trouble and the carers work really hard. They are chatty, smiley and professional, always willing to help. Knowing that the carers visit mum throughout the day also gives me more time for myself.
Any problems that occur are sorted with a call from management so we always know what is happening and that mother is well. Really pleased we chose this company.

The client is well cared for and is able to live independently due to well-being home care. The carers are just that: caring, warm, encouraging and considerate. They have been prepared to go the 'extra mile' eg take the client to a hospital appointment. Living 160+ miles away, they give me peace of
mind. Communication is excellent - keeping me informed of any concerns. Mum looks forward to the carers visits, even though she'd prefer not to need them.

My son is well pleased with the care I am receiving and the case of communication between himself and management. I have classified all my carers as excellent, with that, some have particularly good skill in some areas of need e.g. deep cleaning of rooms or doing (with or without me) my shopping at
my local supermarket. As far as the rota will allow, the managers ensure I get the best service at the required time. I not only got good value for money but sometimes extra.

I never usually write reviews, unless I believe something has been exceptional. My experience with the 'Wellbeing' care company, has been just that. Following negative experiences with two other local care companies, I approached Wellbeing and haven't looked back since. From day one, the quality of
care my husband has received has been excellent. It is evident that the carers have undergone a high standard of training and that they really enjoy their role, seeing it as a vocation rather than just a job. They work well with each other and the way they interact with my husband is a joy to behold; he is smiling and laughing a lot these days, despite his condition (advanced dementia along with autism and cancer). A high standard of professionalism is reflected in everything the carers do; for example, excellent timekeeping, to name just one aspect. The company as a whole has also been very supportive of me, assisting me with the ongoing assessment process of my husbands care package and helping me schedule in quality respite time for myself. Both my husband and I are much happier and healthier, mentally and physically, since we have been with Wellbeing. Overall, I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Wellbeing Homecare Services have been looking after my mum for the last few months and I am pleased to say that my mum's level of personal care is extremely good, in comparison to previous care agencies. The care staff and management go the extra mile to ensure my mum is given the highest standard of
care. All staff engage really well with my mum and the management team keep me updated on changes and general progress of care provided. Thank you Wellbeing Homecare Services for being compassionate, kind and decent.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 5.000 for Wellbeing Homecare Services is calculated as follows: ( (18 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 5

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Wellbeing Homecare Services is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
