The manager is excellent. His continuous advice and support have been highly appreciated. He puts the needs of his clients first in all he does, ensuring that they have the best quality of life.
One member of staff is a brilliant carer. She is truly an amazing person and treats her clients with respect
and dignity.
My mind would be at rest if they continue looking after my mum in the future.
