My mother (88) suffered a pelvic fracture in July. After NHS care was withdrawn, what a nightmare to find private care for her. From assessment to care I can only give the highest praise for this company. Totally professional, totally caring. Mum hadn’t had a shower since coming home but after the first
visit, this was introduced. She has now been given the confidence to be able to manage this herself. The carers have become friends and both Mum and myself are totally confident in their care and support. Those with vulnerable parents in this situation need look no further than this excellent agency. Thanks to you all.

This has been a new experience for me due to my present circumstances and mobility problems. I receive no personal care but have such valued support and help provided, as needed, from the carer. She has come alongside, is always cheery and willing to help. Visits are looked forward to.

My brother and I are very pleased with the invaluable support Bluebird provided. My brother had suffered from a traumatic brain injury caused by a road traffic accident and as a result, he struggled to cope with daily tasks to look after himself. Bluebird staff showed compassion and care when arranging
his homecare. The carers who matched understood his care needs extremely well. The rehabilitation support was fantastic and was evidenced in all the positive changes. We were very pleased with Bluebird and we would not hesitate to recommend them. They genuinely care and will go above and beyond.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for what you did for my wife. A year ago I was faced with looking after my wife who had double incontinence, a colostomy and the start of dementia. She was diagnosed with bowel cancer. The workload was having an effect on my health. It then became
apparent that as well as helping me, the social contact and laughter from the carers was having a beneficial effect on my wife. She looked forward to their visits. The carers became 'family'.

We have been so lucky to have Bluebird during the Coronavirus lockdown. They have worked hard to keep my parents safe and stress-free at this really difficult time. Bluebird responds quickly and intelligently to changing circumstances and have built a great understanding with my parents who both suffer
from dementia. We would struggle enormously without them.

My aunt and I were very satisfied with the support and service received from Bluebird Care team both in terms of the care delivered and the professional approach to the administration side of the business. The kindness and dedication shown by all of the carers who visited my aunt was second to none.
Any concerns noted on arrival or problems which occurred during a carer's visit were immediately brought to my attention and requests for adjustments to the care package were dealt with to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to any family or friends.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys crocheting and spending time with her son, and her greyhound. Sarah's favourite fast food is KFC!


Sarah's dad has sadly been diagnosed with MS, with that in mind Sarah's hold is highly to deliver the care she wishes he had, this means a lot to Sarah.
