The carers from Cherish Social Care are very special. Thoughtful, caring, well trained, give attention to detail and add friendliness and a sense of connection to the client. From the day my mother got back home, Cherish Social Care have been tremendous.
The level of care is outstanding. My mother always has a smile when they come in and all I can hear is laughter.
They talk to Mum, sing, help her with her speech homework and various activities and actually care.
They
have been there for her, not only physically but emotionally and mentally.
I have also gained from their support and constant smiles and positivity.
Caring and loving professionals who will always stay in our hearts.

My wife is in an advanced stage of Alzheimer’s disease and has been bedridden at home for the last ten months. I have nothing but praise for the care and support provided by Cherish Social Care during a difficult time. The staff/carers come three times each day. They are at pains to ensure that she
is clean and comfortable during the day and the night. Always cheerful, they care for her as an individual and not as “just another patient”. They are gentle and understanding and treat her with the dignity that she deserves. My thanks go also to management for providing an efficient and effective service at all times.

Mum receives visits from Cherish Social Care four times a day to support our live-in carer with care tasks that require two people. I have found the visiting carers to be friendly and courteous. Mum also has a Cherish carer cover the live-in carer's time off three times a week. If we have ever had to
change any timings of visits I have found Cherish to be accommodating.

Friendly, punctual and polite. They always treat Mum with respect and interact with her. They do sometimes need reminding of certain things that need doing but generally very satisfied with the service.

Extremely happy with this carer. They are prompt, never in a hurry, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are willing to perform any task I ask. With the daily moisturising, my skin has never been better. I feel I can trust them implicitly and enjoy interacting with them.
All in all, a very good
experience all-round.

My mum has been looked after by Cherish Social Care for nearly three years. Initially, due to my mum's language barrier and different cultures, we had minor issues but I must say it has all been sorted with time and communication. The management of Cherish Social Care is really accessible all the time
and all the carers are smart, polite and very caring towards my mum.
I would recommend Cherish Social Care to anyone seeking elderly care.
I would give 5* for their services.

On admission to a recent hospital admission, the hospital were surprised how well my wife’s skin was after 17 months bed bound, this can only be put down to the care given by this carer. Well done.

Dee is passionate about supporting people to live independently within their homes and being involved in their lives in a positive way.
