The team has been amazing with my dad, taking care of him and helping him as he isn't very mobile, but they still take him outside to the park and usually a visit to the chip shop for some fish and chips which he loves, they really do go the extra mile with him and I am very grateful to all the staff
there.

I am unable to walk and spend my days sitting in my chair. The carers help to break the day up and are greatly appreciated. They are polite and helpful, they never rush the work and all stay until the job is done. They have a heavy workload but stick to tasks and never complain. I have received visits
from carers when they are off duty only to wish me well in my recovery.

I have found my helper absolutely brilliant! She is super efficient and is able to help me with tasks I can't do, like ironing. her cleaning leaves the house immaculate. She is cheerful and absolutely reliable and arrives on time. I don't think I could have managed to get better after a fracture as
well as I have without her. I would thoroughly recommend Super Healthcare.

I cannot fault the care provided to Mum. All initial minor teething issues were very quickly sorted as the team got to know her and her ways, Super Healthcare were happy to adjust visiting times to suit her and were available at short notice when we had problems and needed additional support.
The team
were kind, friendly and supportive, they took time to get to know Mum and always had her best interests at heart. In particular, we had one carer who went over and above to make sure Mum was happy and comfortable and we can't thank her enough. The manager runs a great service, she is approachable and totally committed to her vocation, going out of her way to ensure everything was just right.
If you are looking for a family-friendly care package then this company will meet your needs I'm sure. Mum sadly passed away in April, I thank the team for attending her funeral, it meant the world to us.

I have done this review by talking to my aunt and to us the name says it all for the company and the lady manager and her workers. As my aunt is in her bed most of the time, sorted a day out for my aunt and she had a meal out. She was so happy. The girls got her dressed for the weather so she was warm.
We just cannot fault Super Healthcare.

Been with Superhealthcare for nearly 3 years. Care provided for my wife who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's for 10 years is exceptional. This month was particularly difficult due to the death of my mother. The support given meant I could attend the funeral. Carers always put my wife first and definitely
make the situation of caring for a loved one as best as it possibly could be.

My mother is very happy with the care that she receives. My only complaint is that I have to choose to get invoices sent, I would prefer if these were sent to me every four weeks to keep on top of the finances.

The care provider came to this client when all others refused. The client is physically, emotionally and medically challenging. The client also lives in a remote area. The care provider has given this client great support and frequently goes the extra mile.

The care team that looked after my wife was the same throughout and became almost like family, at the same time being totally professional. They acted sympathetically and efficiently at all times. These people are diamonds; I trust them.
Super Healthcare has the best carers I have ever had.
The stress the authorities are putting on me is really taking its toll on me; it's like tearing me into pieces.

Super Healthcare stepped in to help us at very short notice and we really appreciated the can-do attitude. The carers have all been pleasant, positive and kind to Dad. They take the time to ensure that all personal care is given (with patience and humour) to a high standard. We have double calls so
there are occasions where one of the pair might be delayed which impacts on timing but overall visits are punctual. The manager is open to feedback and is rightly proud of her team. She seems keen to improve the support structure around the service.

I received care for my husband at very short notice, and I was most grateful to be given immediate attention and support. The staff were punctual, reliable and formed a very kind and caring relationship with my husband. A very nice agency to have coming into one's home.
