We use Heart2Heart for the care needs of my grandparents, I've always found the company put the needs of the individual first, whenever I've needed to contact the office, I've always got a speedy and courteous response.
Most importantly, my grandparents are extremely pleased with the care they receive
from the care workers and speak very highly of the service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. During the pandemic, the care workers have taken all reasonable precautions to keep my grandparents safe, for which I’m truly grateful. I would recommend Heart2Heart to anyone looking to provide their relatives with some extra support. I do not worry about my grandparents so much now, as I know the Carers treat them with respect and are taking great care and always looking out for them.

Been receiving care from this provider for a year now. Every carer they have provided has been professional and friendly. All have helped me with my physical needs and also helping keep my spirits up during lockdown. All my carers have great personalities. Never had any reason not to be satisfied with
the care they have provided.
