I am surprised and disappointed to read such a review. We started providing care for your mum on 14/08/2023. We have provided the same 2 French speaking carers for over 6 months. Your mum receives 1 visit a day Monday to Friday for 30mins to feed her and prompt her to brush her teeth. The POC was later increased to an hour as you felt the carer was rushing your mum when she is eating. You went away for 1 week holiday, on your return, you did not raise any complaint to us but decided to cancel the care and reported to Barnet Safeguarding team. The carer that was with your mum for 1 week was also with her when you went on holiday previous. You have not complained to us about any issues but cancelled the care without any explanation. You have refused to pick our calls to discuss what has gone wrong or allow us access to collect out folder. I feel its fair to speak to the organisation about your concerns not post a malicious review.
