I have found my carers friendly, helpful, cheerful and flexible should you need help at different times they will do their best to accommodate you. Overall very very good.

Home Instead has been brilliant with my mother in law. They have been an absolute Godsend! Caring, kind and thoughtful - always thinking of the best way to help my mother in law. It has helped us so much to ease the massive pressure we have faced as she gets older and less mobile given we work full
time and do not live close by.

My name is Sonia and I am a Co-Owner of Home Instead Senior Care, Walsall.


I graduated in 2012 with BA Hons Degree in Health Studies. I was able to explore a collection of health-related issues to understand contemporary health and social care which first alerted me to this industry. After spending 5 years in banking I realised my desire to pursue my career in Health and Social was reignited and wanting to make a difference.


I hold a great passion for health and social care in my local community and the positive changes that can be implemented to elderly citizens. In addition to this, my personal experiences when growing up have guided me to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality and relationship led based care in Walsall for our clients through our compassionate and affectionate CAREGivers, acknowledging the importance of staying at home and enjoying home life.
