Having used Rest Assured Homecare over the last two years, I have found the carers to be kind, understanding and aware of my husband's needs. The management listen to problems which may occur and sort them out quickly. I also like to welcome carers from all corners of the world. It sometimes feels like
the UN here! We're all the better for it. I am also happy for the carers to be in my home when I cannot be there.

The care staff are very good and caring. Just the odd one who does the least than they need to, which is not fair on the rest of the staff who do a great job. They are very kind to my cousin and he enjoys seeing them every day.

When this service started, we were both very happy but after our last review, we were very disappointed in the outcome to cancel our care. As time has gone on, we don't know who is coming and what time they will be here. We have never had a rota to inform us of our carers' rough times. As our time is
nearly finished, I feel very let down as they have started trying to put my husband to bed at 5:30 pm which is still just after tea time so he refuses to go to bed, then I have to see to his needs. Also, I only need help in the morning to give my husband a shower but I don't think I will get that.

It is such a shame the NHS decided to cancel your support due to the clients' great recovery and good health. The call times remain the same as they have always been and could be reviewed at any time when the reviews are being completed on a monthly basis. We appreciate the earlier bed call is inconvenient as discussed at last week's meeting and we have changed that as confirmed.
Privately funded care is available with Rest Assured homecare as explained last week.
We have all enjoyed attending your home to support your husband and wish you all the best with the future.

The care given to my mother was kind and very caring at all times, nothing was too much trouble, when we need help again we will definitely call on the help of the lovely lady carers. She looked forward to the visits so we know she felt very comfortable in their care.

I just wanted to thank you and your brilliant team for providing short-term post-operative care for my father whilst he stayed with me. There is just so much to think about when a relative wants to get to their own home but lives alone and needs support. I didn’t really know how and where to start and
Rest Assured Homecare have been excellent. The manager immediately offered a care package for my father and every single person that has been to see him, he has nothing but nice things to say. It has been an incredibly stressful time for us all and Rest Assured Homecare have certainly accelerated the possibility of him returning to his own home, (he is very disappointed you don’t have cover in his home area!) and getting his independence back. Thanks once again to each and every one of you for your compassion and care.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Rest Assured Homecare in Wisbech. The manager and everyone else I met was excellent. Communication was very good and the carers were friendly, compassionate and professional. The carers always arrived on time and looked after my mother very well
indeed. I offer a big thank you to everyone involved in my mother's care in the last weeks of her life.

Rest Assured really care about their clients. They do all they can to help them. They were always there, either for a meeting or at the end of the phone to discuss Mum's care plan and any changes that were needed. They are very friendly, approachable and professional. They helped us in conversations
we needed to have with Social Services.

Excellent care received by my father. Carers are clean and smart, kind and helpful with a cheerful manner. The manager is wonderfully helpful, supportive and flexible and has excellent communication skills. Rest Assured gives me peace of mind and is excellent value for money.

I imagine you are a bit like me, a busy person who is always trying to juggle family and work. This gets especially challenging when relatives begin to rely on you for their care, and you want to give them that care, but you have your own children to look after and job to attend to.


Whilst working within a family business, I was caring for my grandparents at the same time. When I visited my grandparents, I wanted to be there as a granddaughter. To spend time with them, laugh with them and create new memories with them. Not do the washing up and make sure they had had their daily medicine. So, inspired by my experiences, I started Rest Assured Homecare in February 2019 with the aim of providing the same standard of care and dignity, both in terms of physical and mental well-being, to all my service users as I would expect to give my grandparents.


I understand that getting care needs right for families ultimately starts with creating and nurturing an exemplary culture within the business. It is, therefore, my desire that every single member of the team, no matter their role, is able to play to their strengths every day, continually learn, grow and better themselves within an organisation where they feel valued and part of a family.
