Right at Home (Enfield) is a CQC 'Outstanding' rated home care service (August 2021) that provides trusted and reliable home care, companionship and assistance to people living at home.

The care is tailored to meet the needs and goals of clients and is outcome-oriented, rather than being purely task-based.

The team can also help families negotiate what can be a really challenging time, from helping to understand how to make a start on care choices and decisions through to the creation and delivery of a detailed care plan designed to alleviate pressure on the clients and those closest to them.

There is a real commitment to ensuring all care is person-centred, enabling independence at every opportunity.

All carers are employed on the basis of their ethos and passion for the role, then thoroughly vetted and provided market-leading training.

Right at Home (Enfield) have a no uniform policy, unless requested by clients. Carers are matched and introduced to clients in advance and the team guarantees a rush-free service with a minimum of one-hour visits, and anything up to 24/7 live-in care.

    Overnight care - £156 onwards (for 8 hours).


    For Live-in Care, prices are available on request.


  • For long visits, i.e. 6 hours or more we can offer discounted rates. For Live-in Care we can provide low, medium and high dependency care options which are a better alternative to residential care in most cases.

Delighted with the care, support and communication. They are quick and efficient and also available at short notice to provide ad-hoc support. The carers take time to provide the best care they can and my uncle has seen
an improvement in his wellbeing. A totally different experience to the previous
care company which often let us down. Glad we made the change.

Right at Home offer an extremely caring service. Both the office team and care staff are a pleasure to deal with. The staff are dedicated and communicative the visits are not rushed, unlike previous agencies I've dealt with. I have an excellent bond with my carers and they always want to offer the best
service they can. I cannot praise them highly enough for the peace of mind they have given me.

The team at Right at Home came to our rescue when care for my father was recently disrupted. The manager and owner were excellent to deal with right from my initial chat with them. We needed someone to start immediately and the manager put herself forward to cover the visits until someone suitable was
found.
My father was extremely pleased and found them to be very caring and professional. The communication has been great and they constantly checked to ensure we were happy about the standard of care that was being provided. Would highly recommend their services.

I was so pleased to have found Right at Home when mum needed extra support at home following a fall. I found the senior staff and carers to be kind, caring, hardworking and professional. I was kept informed with phone calls and follow up review meetings, as well as a daily report left on site.


Initially,

mum was not sure about receiving help but was teamed with two carers who worked with mum, assisting her in things around the house that she could no longer do alone and gradually she looked forward to the visits and carers became friends.


I would not hesitate in recommending Right at Home.

We needed some companionship for my grandma during the week when we were unable to visit her. Right at Home have been so helpful and provided exactly what we needed during this time! They often keep in contact and keep us up to date with anything that has happened on the visit.

This led him to pursue a more meaningful career by founding Right at Home in North London.


Caring for the vulnerable resonates deeply with Krish’s core values, and motivated him to make a pivotal career change. His personal experience with family members affected by conditions like MS and cancer has given him a unique insight into the importance of high-quality care. Determined to raise standards in the home care sector, Krish strives to provide an unparalleled level of service. He is particularly proud of his team’s achievement in earning an ‘Outstanding ‘rating on their first inspection by the care regulators, the CQC - a distinction held by only 3% of care providers in the UK.
