Funding & Fees Guide for Emiran HealthCare

  • Prices
  • £29.00 per hour, Monday to Sunday.
    £368.00 for 24-hour support with sleep-in, includes awake day support & sleep-in support.
    £420.00 for 24-hour support, includes awake day and night support.
    £150.00 for sleep-in night, for 10 hours - if more than 4 hours continuous sleep is not achieved, then the hourly support charge is applied for the entire shift.


  • Sleep in service is to provide support if required. if more than 4 hours of continuous sleep is not achieved, then the hourly support charge is applied for the entire shift.

All the cares that have come home to my husband have been friendly upon arrival and have been engaging with my husband. They have helped him with his physio routine and taken him shopping when he has asked. Being able to have a break even if it is small. Helps me also to either get a few things done
at home or have a rest so I can focus on my husband when the carers bring him home.

Very satisfactory. Some carers to more than other but the main things get home. Some carers rather careless of home.

I have 3 carers per day.
One for breakfast call, lunch call and evening call.
All carers are so polite and helpful, should I require anything done.
The Sunday evening carer has the taste of removing my refuse and recycling sacks - ready for the waste collection vans on Monday morning. I have no complaints
about Emiran Healthcare!

This has proved to be a far less embarrassing experience than I had expected, due to the thoughtful and respectful attitude of your staff.
As I need to take medication at 6:30 am, I was pleased to be given an early slot and taking traffic problems and other unseen difficulties they are fairly on time.
My carers are lovely people and I am very grateful for their cheerful service. They give me a strip wash, tidy my bed and if there is time do any dishes.
I have been very pleased indeed with Emiran HealthCare.

Looking for homecare for my mum was a very daunting experience and with other providers I just felt like a number. With Emiran HealthCare, from the first moment I called them, they were extremely helpful and always looked to go the extra mile. My mum, as you can imagine, didn't like the thought of having
a carer. But, when Emiran visit they are more like family and the carer's kindness and smile warms my mum's heart. Thank you for all that you do.

Emiran Healthcare Services has been providing homecare for my mum since around January 2023 following a step down by another agency. Emiran has provided exceptional care for mum through their carers. My mum is very happy and comfortable with the experienced, compassionate carers who come into her home
daily. The admin staff of Emiran are also very easy to reach. Emiran have been helpful in taking the stress off me through their services.

Started the service in March 2020 (approx). From the start, we had issues with carers not turning up or being late, with the main contact never answering her phone to me or other carers. These issues were reported to the Manager and all were argued and ignored even though I had the paper file which
stated and proved my complaint. Nothing changed.
Our first invoice came through things were charged such as mileage which was not chargeable for our distance from the office, trips out in a carer's car which was not taken and the times that carers didn't show up. Once again, complained and was argued with but after some time was eventually given the correct invoice. In the whole time we were with them, the invoices were never right and always overcharged the customer. New carers were being introduced towards the end and one after the other, each had a reducing understanding of English or cooking. Avoid if you want a reliable care service provider.
