I'm very pleased with the service. Can't praise the carers enough. My friend is very happy also. The care provided has been excellent. My friend has had a new lease of life since the carers have been coming in. A special thank you to the carers.

This company took over care for my mother on 20 January 2020. Since this date, they have been rubbish at best. They have not turned up on many occasions and when they have turned up, they have been 2 to 3 hours late. My mother is paralysed and bed-bound and has a catheter which needs changing regularly.
Failing to do so can lead to my mother catching an infection which can be life-threatening. On top of this, she needs to have regular medication, without which she could die. Knowing this, the carers don't turn up and the main person of contact switches her phone off. Avoid this company like the plague.

In response to this review, H&F Healthcare would like to point out that we were inheriting a contract from another company and were in the handover/takeover period where H&F Healthcare realised there were problems already and withdrew within ten (10) days, ending on 31/01/20. We, however, noticed that the reviewer exaggerated the waiting time a bit as the delay never went over one (1) hour, never missed a call unless asked not to come by the client herself. We appreciate that it was frustrating for the client to wait for carers and would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
H&F Healthcare would like to take this opportunity to tell our valued customers that we are, in fact, a company driven by passion, aim to make a difference in our clients' lives, promote independence and improve quality of life hence the decision to discontinue with the contract.

My life was miserable and lonely with carers popping in and out so quickly, doing as little as they could without much interaction with me. Then this new carer came from H&F Healthcare who didn't seem to be in much hurry and started chatting to me, cleaning my house, doing laundry so thoroughly. I felt
valued and look forward to their return every day. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing quality personal care.
