Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. I would appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review at this time. We value and celebrate diversity within our company, and it's important to clarify that not all staff members from different ethnic backgrounds are agency staff. Your relative received care from a consistently assigned team. I want to reiterate that our care staff, like any professionals, have limitations, and it's not feasible for them to work seven days a week due to physical constraints and the need for adequate rest. I would like to refer you back to our previous conversations and meetings where we discussed the working schedules and the considerations for balanced work. Over the past nearly five months, there have been invoices that regrettably remained unresolved. Throughout this period, we have extended support by covering the expenses related to your relative's care. Disappointing.

a) The Average Rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.5 out of 5 from 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
