Dear Lyn D, I am sorry that you feel Klass Care did not respond to your phone call, after checking this with my colleagues, it appears that you were not responding to our phone calls when the on call person tried to contact you. I am aware of one email which was not responded to, which we apologised for not responding to you on time. Upon checking your mum's rota, I can see that we have never provided such large number of carers as 10 a week, however one or two weeks, in the height of Covid, your mum had more carers than usual.
All carers who went to see and support your mum, were well trained and knew her well. Our carers always informed you and the office when your mum was running low on medication. This message was always passed on to you, either via email or phone.
Klass Care continuously tries to improve its services, therefore we are now ensuring that more office staff members have access to the emails, to ensure that they are all responded to. Wishing you both well.

Dear CD,
I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy wiht the service received. Please allow me to respond to some of the points you are making.
All new clients are given price lists at the assessment stage, those are also attached to the contract which is given to the client. After speaking with my colleague who did the initial care assessment with your parents, she assured me that she discussed at length that if one-hour visits were too long or too short, your parents can speak with the office and they will make necessary changes to the visit length.
I would also like to say that carers would only leave earlier than scheduled when they are asked to by their client.
We hope that your parents are well and wish you all the best for the future.
