All good occasional worries about where the carer is and timekeeping, but mostly Ok and appreciate the close attention paid to Mum for meds and other changes of notification. Two members of staff in particular are both diligent and friendly with Mum.

The team were always friendly, reliable and flexible. They kept us informed of any health concerns they had about mum and were able to easily adapt to changing circumstances. They always had a friendly word for the cat and if they had time left after their caring duties, would maybe dig out the broom
and sweep the kitchen to be helpful.

From the first day, my mum was back home from hospital, the carers were here on time for every visit. They were very friendly and had much empathy and compassion for my mum. Always a very warm entrance, which I'm sure made my mum at ease being completely dependent and bed-bound.
Very lovely people
and would have no problem recommending them.

We have been using KindCare for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with their help. Our carers have all been excellent and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile and a general interest in our well-being. They care for my husband and look after him so well and always leave everything

My auntie who was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago is now in the care of the manager and her team of carers. I can't thank them enough for their loving attention and extreme care for my auntie, who is so dear to me. It is devastating to see her memory and cognition fade day by day, and now faster
and faster. Having the manager and her team see to her needs 24/7 has made the whole difference, as me and my cousins are really wearied by the whole thing. God bless you for your hard work!

I have been with a few domiciliary care companies and so far this is the best one. I absolutely love the holistic approach that they take when ensuring that my needs are met. They talk a lot about person-centred care and from my experience, I know that they don't say that in vain. Finally, I like the
environment rather than just another client.
The application process was very easy and they helped me throughout the whole process. Also, the cherry on the cake for me is that if I don't get on with a particular carer, management will make sure to next time send somebody else that I do get along with, which I love.

I am really impressed with the services provided by Kindcare At Home and am happy to recommend them. They are committed to the well-being of their service users and go the extra mile to make them happy. They are timely and make sure they complete all they are supposed to do from personal care, administering
the prescriptions, preparing meals and taking service users out for walks. Also, the staff always make sure the house is clean and tidy in each of their visits. I am satisfied with their services and willing to recommend them for more services.

KindCare provide friendly assistance to my father, helping him to continue to live independently. We started as he was recovering from an operation and have continued with carers for daily personal care. We find the management easy to contact and deal with, and very flexible. They also have a real personal
touch and peace of mind.
