KindCare At Home is providing personal care service for my 76-year-old aunty in the Surrey area, June 2023, they are very caring and helpful. KindCare staff are professional, always communicate with my aunty respectfully and treating with dignity. I have observed the staff many times caring for her
with respect, allowing her to make decisions about what she wants them to do for her every day.
My aunty is very happy and pleased with the care services she receives from KindCare.

We went to our second-anniversary party organised by KindCare recently, and it was such fun. I loved how they encouraged and helped clients to join in with the dancing and celebrations. Did my mum the world of good and was great for us to have some fun together.

This is the third company that my aunt has been with. We had very bad situations with the last two companies and my aunt ended up in hospital. My aunt couldn't be happier. kindCare have been looking after her for now over two years and in that time they have been amazing. Management and staff couldn't
be more helpful. The manager is always there, she always contacts us to let us know if there's any problems. Also, the staff are so helpful we know my aunt can be very hard work but that never seems to worry the staff or the management. My aunt can ring on many occasions every day and they always answer the phone and speak to her. Also, they really do encourage her to eat which we've always had problems with special with the last two companies. We don't know what we would do without KindCare, as I said they are amazing.

My regular carers are excellent. They are kind, compassionate, caring, sensitive and get the job I need done really well. Some of the new carers are challenging due to language difficulties but even so are still very good and kind. My calls are roughly the same times which is extremely helpful and only
differs due to emergencies. The staff in the office are always polite, helpful and keen to do whatever they can to help.

I am 84 years old and l have many health conditions that the government and my doctor consider me to be at risk and I also have a mobility problem.
I have been having various care agencies for the last seven years. Last year I was introduced to KindCare and it has been the best agency I have ever had.
They are very flexible in their care, adapting and helping me when the situation arises.
I go for dyalisis three times a week and usually arrive home very tired. They are very gentle in their care and meet all my needs, giving me a choice in the clothes I wear and the drinks, food and snacks that I ask for.
I have been in England since 1957 when I came for nurse training in England. I come from Goa in India and have always cooked my meals from scratch. The carers join me in my preparation and they will cook my meals.
Finally, I have found an excellent care agency that is near perfect. I look forward to my carer's visit.

I have dealt with several care agencies during the period of the last ten years in which my mother has been in need of care. I have been very impressed with the way in which KindCare have responded to my mother's needs. She is totally housebound and cannot walk unaided and is therefore extremely dependent
on care. KindCare provide a first-class level of service. Each and every carer acts with compassion, kindness, care, thoughtfulness, and with a sense of positivity. As my mother undergoes kidney dialysis three times a week at hospital, this can prove difficult with the coordination of the ambulance and care. KindCare have demonstrated time after time their ability to be flexible, responsive and to act with compassion for my mother. Their reassuring manner is a great comfort to her. She is clinically vulnerable and is growing in self-confidence as she feels so less socially isolated thanks to the engagement and thoughtfulness of the carers. The leadership is exceptional.

Was recommended KindCare for my elderly mum and dad the team were superb - so professional, caring, empathetic, trustworthy and always respectful of my parents wishes but also made excellent suggestions to make their lives easier to help them maintain as much independence at home as possible. Also from
my own research of fees prior to appointment, their charging rates are very competitive. I highly recommend.

I started using this service to get additional care for my mother, to cover the hours I was away at Uni classes. I have to say without a doubt this is the best agency I have ever seen. Never have I seen such dedication by carers and management for the clients that it goes above and beyond! The way the
company are able to help a client and adapt to their needs is exceptional, all while being kind, caring and understanding of everybody's needs. My mother describes this as feeling empowered rather than a burden on anyone, asking for help.
