I require personal care due to an ongoing, debilitating disease. The team at KindCare have provided that care to the highest standard. Nothing has ever been too much and I have never been let down. Highly recommended.

KindCare are very professional. The manager is very good at caring for me. They are very friendly, she is a very hard worker. Also, the staff do a fantastic job too. Since I've had KindCare, they have managed to get me to eat, drink and even give me a bath and do my hair. They are very strict on covid,
wearing mask and shield, apron and gloves and using sanitiser.

Very careful, dignified care given. Carers very understanding of needs and go out of their way to help. Easy to communicate with for small changes to care plan - can speak straight to manager! I would highly recommend the team at KindCare.

We had a sudden and immediate need for a live-in carer due to my mother’s dementia decline and KindCare were able to supply a carer within days of my contacting them.
Mum’s carer works tirelessly each day trying to ensure that she is happy, well fed, clean and comfortable.
My mum does not sleep well
and gets up several times each night feeling afraid and agitated, but our carer is always there, day and night, to try to settle her when she gets distressed.
Having just one person caring for Mum provides continuity of care, and with dementia sufferers it is helpful not to have too many different people in their home which can lead to confusion.
In these difficult times while we all struggle with COVID-19 our carer is happy to stay with Mum at her house even though the hours are long and caring for Mum is sometimes very distressing.
Having a live-in carer is expensive, but KindCare do their best to provide safety and security for Mum so she can stay living at home for as long as possible.

I needed help with my father at night. Could not be left alone.
I knew the manager through a client of mine. She told me about night care so we arranged for them to start. We had 4-5 weeks of care they were very kind, professional, understanding of my father's needs. Very accommodating to situations
like Dad going into hospital and when he came out the carer was arranged to come that night.
Dad ended up going into a care home we had no choice in the end.
I would highly recommend KindCare to anyone who needed help and support.

KindCare looked after my husband for many months. He needed overnight care and this was always provided professionally, compassionately and with dignity.
Carers were always reliable and able to anticipate his needs and address them appropriately.
He had continuity in the carers who looked after him
and felt safe and able to convey his needs.
As a result of this, I was able to sleep overnight feeling confident in every aspect of their care for him.

My mother was staying with me after a severe stroke, KindCare were there to support my mum with showering and personal care. They were extremely professional and polite, my mum always felt safe and with dignity by all members of the care team.

KindCare at Home have looked after my father since his return from hospital with a broken hip in June 2020. All the carers are extremely kind, patient and professional. They do all they can to protect him from Covid-19 which is a weight off my mind. If there are any concerns regarding his condition
I am informed immediately our appropriate action agreed. It is a great comfort he is in such good hands because I do not live locally. Well done KindCare - keep doing all that you are doing.
