The manager and her team looked after my auntie until she died in December 2020. The care she received from them was excellent and we were well pleased she was in safe hands. The manager would address any concerns we had immediately and was helpful in recommending things that would improve my aunt’s
quality of life e.g food suggestions and assistance aids. We are very thankful for such good care.

Hello, I am 56 years old I have had carers from early September of this year, they are very helpful. They help me with my shopping every week. I find them to be very very bright and cheerful when they come to see me. The carers they gave me is very professional I like my own independence and they respect
that and they are very positive with my needs. I like to do my own cooking and cleaning that they would help me with if I needed them to. They make sure that I have something to eat and that have respected myself and my home they are happy to help.

We had to change care agencies at the beginning of 2020 and were recommended to Wyville. From day one, I felt extremely comfortable with them caring for Mum. To begin with, it was one visit a day and then when we went into lockdown in March, they took over the cleaning of Mum’s home. Mum had begun to
deteriorate mentally and physically and I upped the visits to twice a day. At the later visit, a meal was cooked and the carer chatted whilst Mum ate it. Unfortunately, Mum had a nasty fall resulting with a head wound and 24 hours in A&E. The carers really stepped up to the plate and between them and us, managed to cover about 18 hours care, either one of us, or one of the carers, staying overnight. This was unsustainable so we made the decision, fully supported by the agency, to move Mum into a care home. The manager and her team go above and beyond, treating Mum with compassion and kindness but also supporting myself and my sister in trying to do the right thing for our Mother. They are fantastic.

It was our first time having Carers and we were cautious initially as you hear about so many negative experiences. We needn’t have worried. From our initial meeting with the manager, we were impressed with her professionalism, high standards and genuine care for her staff and clients. Her experience
shines through and I picked up many tips to help me with mum’s needs. The carers were well trained and treated mum with dignity at all times and there was consistent care so we had the same person each day. The manager is flexible and responds quickly and does her best to accommodate individual needs. I am happy to recommend them.

Wyville took over my Mum’s care package at the beginning of 2020. The transition from her former provider was seamless, with the Manager going out of her way to reassure that Wyville could cater for Mum’s requirements and displaying a genuine interest in providing the personal touches that make such
a difference.
5 months on and I can rest easy that Carers will turn up as planned, look after Mum’s personal needs, administer medication, and carry out other tasks such as shopping and cleaning. This in the full knowledge that if there are any issues (and there have been!), I will get a call from the Manager, who without any fuss, is always ready to be flexible and proactively offer solutions.
I firmly believe that it is not just professionalism but the human touch that counts and as such I cannot recommend Wyville highly enough. Thank you!

Following a gradual decline in my Mum's mobility and memory etc, we decided to get extra help. Social Services recommended Wyville and so we met up at Mum's house to discuss needs. The manager was so attentive to every single thing being said and especially caring to Mum and her input.
A comprehensive
and detailed care plan was put in place and it started immediately. For the first few months, Mum had morning visits to help with getting up, washed, dressed, breakfast and medications. As time moved on, so did my Mum's needs. We then requested care just before bedtime too.
The communication from the carers to us, the family, was always amazing. Everything was documented and any issue was immediately communicated to us. It was a very good relationship indeed. There was also occasions when a carer would make special arrangements according to any special needs; their flexibility was so appreciated. They also often came up with helpful ideas.

Wyville Home Care Services has been invaluable to my mum since becoming house-bound/bed-bound. They have provided a very high level of care, which is assessed regularly as Mum's needs change. After visits to her myself, I leave with the knowledge that she will be well cared for by the same carer. I
have been kept informed at all times and I know there is always someone there should I have any worries or concerns.
