I broke my leg badly and was also in a lot of pain. The carers have looked after me wonderfully and shown great care and have got me up and about and walking again. I am very grateful for all their love, care and support to get me well and strong again. Thank you kindly.

Although my mum did not understand the relevance of this meeting, I realise the importance of collecting the information. Anything that can help in the care of my dad is appreciated. The main area of concern is late morning or late night calls but, hopefully, this can be resolved now we have discussed
it.

I needed an agency carer who was able to support my mum, who has Dementia, the following day. I had called two agencies before and was put off by the price but also the lack of interest as to what my mum's needs were. What first struck me when I contacted SGM was their professionalism, along with their
compassion for my predicament and the willingness to want to know what my mum's needs were. I have to add that their price was the cheaper than the other two agencies. I was sceptical at first, only because they are a fairly new company, but that was soon dismissed. Mum required two carers, whom I can not fault; they are amazing with my mum and are still providing support. I can't thank the carers and the office staff enough for their support and compassion.

Overall, the carers are very pleasant, however, they often arrive late in the morning to get Mum out of bed. Mum is very hard of hearing and has difficulty having a conversation with the carers.

Good customer service and good timekeeping. The office staff are very polite and helpful. Since I started using SGM Care, my home and environment have changed to a clean home to stay and live. The carer is very polite and does her job well.
