Ali’s background is in Business and Management. After losing his grandmother and father to cancer, he saw first-hand the positive impact carers make on the life of the service users within their homes. Ali was impressed by their dedication and commitment and decided to set up his own Domiciliary Care business to be able to provide the same quality of care that his relatives experience to others. Ali has four children and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family, trekking and travelling.

Emma has worked in the health and social care industry since leaving school. She has always wanted to work in the health and social care industry, especially after caring for her grandad who she lost to Alzheimer’s.
She is very family orientated, which gives her the motivation to recruit care staff who have compassion and empathy she would wish for her loved ones to experience in-home care packages of their own. She gained a variety of skills and experiences early on which drove her into studying for her BSc degree in Healthcare. She has experience and knowledge in dementia and elderly care, palliative care, rehabilitation for the elderly, and mental health services, with a wider experience in acute paediatric nursing.
