The registered manager and her team have been keeping everyone in high spirits and she personally is always on call to help.
They’ve all kept my dad as comfortable as possible throughout this process.
Can’t really ask for much more.

Hi, I would just like to thank Melody Care for the care that they give my partner, she was born with genital hips which means she was born with no baller sockets in her hips and since COVID she has been unable to walk so she is assisted with all care. With Melody Care the staff are fantastic and brilliant
and lovely to be around, over the years this is the best care company we have found for my partner, very understanding and outgoing, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with daily tasks. Big up to the Melody Care team and all the staff from our family.

The manager and the team visit our Mum and Dad three times a day, every day, to administer their medication. Their dedication to ensuring our parents are safe at home is a great comfort to us. We have a contact group established and if there are any issues or problems, the team let us know straight
away. Over the last year, the care needs for both of our parents have changed and the team co-ordinate to ensure consistent procedures and communication are delivered. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and more importantly, caring and positivity, sometimes in very challenging situations.

My partner suffers from a form of ataxia which stops her walking and has a major impact on her balance. This has been ongoing for twenty years and is gradually getting worse. Melody Care asked to assist with bathing twice weekly but was soon having to assist daily as her situation changed. They have
been absolutely brilliant. All their staff are very well-trained and always put the client first! Can't praise them enough, they are always cheerful and love their job. They are an ambassador for this industry.

This carer is one of the most experienced that looks after my wife. She is extremely reliable, always on time and is prepared to extend her visit to ensure all necessary care has been completed. Amanda has worked in the care sector for over 12 years and has enjoyed continued professional development for over seven years with Melody Care. Joining as a Training Manager, she was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Aldershot and Farnham in 2017. With experienced management skills in opening new branches, Amanda progressed to Business Development Manager.


Amanda is the Registered Manager for both Farnborough and Camberley and also our live-in care.
