While working with us, she completed her Social Work degree through an apprenticeship, and she is now a Registered Social Worker, taking on the role of Care Manager.
With a diverse background, Tahnee has worked across various care settings, including supporting children in care, individuals with learning difficulties, older adults, end-of-life care, and dementia support. She has also worked directly as a Personal Assistant for people with long-term disabilities, giving her a deep understanding of person-centred care.
Tahnee’s knowledge, experience, and commitment to high-quality care make her an invaluable member of our team. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and ensuring they receive the best possible support.
