    The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
    Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
    We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
    We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Mum was initially reluctant to have visits but now realised how useful they are and enjoys them. The team have been fantastic as we, the family, navigate this new part of our lives. They have been extremely adaptable and flexible as we have to change and respond to Mum’s evolving needs. We find the
detailed updates on the app as to what has happened during the visit very useful as it allows us to follow up on issues raised either as the family or updating the team at Alina. With the team at Alina, we feel we’re all doing our best to fulfil Mum’s wishes to stay at home as long as possible, whilst being safe and cared for.

Both managers and all of the carers have made a difficult time much easier. The managers have always responded quickly and efficiently to the many changes in Mum's care needs. The carers are fantastic with Mum and reading their detailed real-time notes on the app is very reassuring (and helpful). The
care, support and understanding given by all have been outstanding. They were recommended to us and I would definitely recommend them.

My father needed a live-in carer to enable him to live at home as were his wishes. I contacted Alina Homecare Bristol North who assessed him in the care home he was in, and were able to provide us with a male live-in carer as Dad requested. The carer was excellent, Dad trusted him from the start and
Dad's best interests always prevailed. We needed extra care as Dad's condition deteriorated and the manager provided this within 24 hours. We received excellent care from the team, the manager was always available and so helpful and all of the extra carers that came in were brilliant. Unfortunately Dad passed away not long after coming home but his last days were comfortable and peaceful and where he wanted to be. I cannot thank the Bristol North team enough, nothing was too much trouble and they provided an excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We only used Alina Homecare for a very short time as Mum was taken ill and went to hospital.
In the short time we used them they were excellent, did exactly what was required.
If we find ourselves in the position of Mum returning to her home I would have no hesitation to use them again. I have and
will continue to recommend Alina as I could not fault them.

Really glad we chose Alina Homecare after my mother was released from hospital after a hip operation aged over 85. Nothing prepared us for what was needed and the whole system is very disjointed and hard to navigate but Alina Homecare responded with professional courtesy and flexibility at all times,
prompt responses to queries and possibly most valued from my own remote position, excellent levels of information in addition to a much appreciated level of care that has brought her to the position today where she can respond to questions on her health with: 'good, thank you'. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Alina Homecare has been amazing. They took care of my elderly friend like she was part of their family, even dropping in from time to time when passing. The service they provided was second to none, this helped her keep complete independence, and the communication was brilliant. I really can not fault
them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for extra support for a loved one. I would definitely use them myself in the future should the need arise.

Alina provide an attentive personal care service for my elderly mother. All the carers are kind, friendly and work hard to make sure my mother is well looked after on each visit. Daily visit times can be varied, and irregular, sometimes due to staffing changes, but which I realise can happen with any
care company. Overall, I am reassured that Alina are providing an excellent care service.

My mum has had carers from Alina Bristol North for the past few months and they have been friendly and lovely staff. Mum is really happy with them coming into her home and although she doesn't like her loss of independence, she is happy with them caring for her. They have twice reacted quickly when
they found my mum ill and stayed with her til I got to her. The app works well too so I can see in real-time what has happened on visits.

The manager and her team have been the model of courtesy, kindness, great advice, and care. We needed immediate help for my uncle and Alina Homecare stepped in without delay. The transformation has been immediate and really encouraging to witness. I visited after only three care sessions and he was
already brighter, happier, and more able to cope by himself. The carers are all very professional and have treated my uncle with the utmost respect, friendliness, and calm. The app is easy to use and reassuring to read about the visits and his progress. Highly recommended.

All the carers that visit my dad have been kind, friendly, and caring. After an illness and a stay in hospital, Dad has four visits a day including help with getting in and out of bed, personal care, meal prep, and supervising medication. My dad can be quite set in his ways but all the carers have won
him over and he looks forward to their visits! I certainly feel that Dad is well looked after and in the best care. The manager has always been easy to get hold of and even coordinated district nurse visits and arranged specialist equipment. I would thoroughly recommend the Alina team.

The support from Alina Homecare has been extremely good - have been using them for 3 months now and my son seems very happy. I find the app they use very useful as I can always see when staff arrive and leave and they highlight any issues which is very reassuring. He is always treated with kindness.

Alina carers have offered my father regular morning and evening care and 3-hour sessions of domiciliary care. They are on the whole reliable, caring, prompt and attentive. They've got to know my father and have established a good relationship with him, about 4 carers a week visit. They follow my father's
care plan and routine well. There have only been a few problems with staff sickness and absence over the last 14 months. Overall my parents are happy with the care they receive, which has gradually increased in response to their needs over the last year.

Alina Homecare took on the support of my mother at short notice when another agency withdrew from domicile support after many years of caring for my mother. My mother is bedridden and unable to do virtually anything for herself. We were worried about such a big change for her but from the outset, Alina
staff gained her confidence through their very caring approach. They have demonstrated over the last 9 months that we are right to have full confidence in them and we and my mother remain very happy with the high-quality service they provide. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Alina Homecare is an incredible team/company. Always provide the best care, respect, and dignity. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make a difference. The manager and also the care coordinator work around the clock to make sure staff are up to date and fully trained, keep us family members
up to date with everything that is going on, they are also hands-on and always out in the community making sure the standard of care is 110%; both are incredible members of Alina as is each staff member. Myself and my family are always so pleased that our family members are safe, happy and always smiling when a team member visits. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a Care Agency to supply extra support for my Mother in Law who insisted she stay in her own flat and that she could arrange her own care when she was ready. My first impressions of Alina Care are all very positive. The Care Coordinator was extremely proactive and we soon decided
that Alina was the agency for us. The carers were not always made welcome by my Mother in Law but with perseverance, they are winning her over and she only this afternoon praised them to her son. She’s not always an easy person to deal with but already we’re seeing an improvement in the tidiness of her flat and her well being. Just having someone to come in every few days and sit and have a chat is making her life happier and that is all we want.
