The carers I've received are incredible and the company and care they've provided for me since being discharged from hospital is second to none and the hospital I was discharged from could learn a thing or two from My Homecare Kingston. I fully recommend the company.

I am happy with our carers, he's a very friendly guy who supports my father-in-law. The service is very good and gives us a peace of mind. The company is outstanding and such a good value for money. The staff are such nice people and we appreciate every thing the company gives us.

My grandma was discharged from the hospital in early May following a stroke and is living with dementia. Since then, we have had carers from My Homecare Kingston, and we are very impressed with their service. The carers are kind, reliable, and caring, always going the extra mile and asking if there
is anything else they can help with. We are grateful for their understanding and professionalism in our situation.
The lady manager is always helpful in responding to queries, and the coordinators regularly call to check if my grandma is okay and if there is anything they can help with. They also speak with my grandma and reassure our family regularly. This is one of the best services we have experienced, and I highly recommend My Homecare Kingston.

Have been very pleased with this service. She is a happy person who cheers me up. Lovely to get help and assistance in the house and it is a big help in my daily chores. I would say that she helps me a great deal in my daily chores. I look forward to seeing her especially as I am partially blind.

My Homecare Kingston have supported me for several weeks now following a discharge from the hospital. The people who care for me are very hardworking and pleasant. They have offered suggestions to make my recovery more comfortable. They also assisted me urgently when my catheter broke. The organisation
is pleasant too.

I have been increasingly impressed with the service from My Homecare for my mother, who has vascular dementia and lives alone. I think the staff are hard working and caring and both Mum's carer and the Care Manager have been very reliable and helpful. The carer kept me well informed although there were
occasions where her communication was a bit confusing. The Manager has kept me well informed throughout and Mum's needs have been well catered for.

My father-in-law's carer is very good, trustworthy and easy to talk to and friendly. If you say something to him to do he will listen to us. All carer team is good, always call to come to visit him to know about how he is doing.

I want to say how pleased we are with this care agency and the carers in setting up help for an elderly lady who is very used to being independent. In no time at all, the carers built a strong bond, and our friend's life has improved beyond measure with daily conversation and walks. I receive regular
updates from the agency, and we have worked together to evolve the cover of care in a very flexible way. I have found that nothing is too much trouble and that the carers go above and beyond. I wish my father had had the same quality of care when he was alive.

The carers and very caring and understanding. They always come on time and they send the same carer and not new carers every time and as a result, my mum is feeling very comfortable. This is a relief as we had bad experiences with other providers. My mum is very happy thanks to your providing system,
