My mother has been with Immediate Quality Care since 2020 and has had many carers during that time. Currently she is in hospital since August. During this time, Immediate Quality Care's current and past carers, who looked after Mum, have visited her in the hospital! The love that this agency's care
has shown is extraordinary. They say she is like our mother! My mother has been with many agencies in the past but since we got Immediate Quality Care, we stopped searching. I want to thank Immediate Quality Care's carers and their management for the care they have given, which has always been above and beyond.

Dealing with Immediate Quality Care was such a pleasant experience, a particular member of staff was very understanding when it came to the specific carers I needed for my mum. Another three members of staff were really good, very supportive and my mum loved them all. One of the mentioned staff members
was very friendly and it felt like she was a family member and IQC is very lucky to have her, I wish her and all the carers good luck and a happy life.
