All the services and support plans are tailored to each person that Nova Care supports, creating a person-centred plan to assist the staff in providing quality care. They attend your home or hospital to arrange face to face assessment and welcome visits so you can meet your own small team.

I care for mum as well as my other sister. We know how hard it is. But we know my mum is in good hands with Nova Care. It takes a little bit of stress off us. Don't know what we would do without them.

Having Nova Care Yorkshire was the best decision I could make. The carers certainly live up to their name.
I cannot fault them. They are so friendly and helpful and I couldn't manage without them, they even look after my cat who loves them as well.

I could not recommend a better care provider. The manager and her team have been fabulous from the outset. Extremely caring, professional and engaging with my dad; who suffers from early-onset dementia. They have gone the extra mile to keep us informed and care for my dad. Us as a family just want to
say a big thank to the manager and the team, especially during this difficult time.

It has been like a lifeline to my partner and me to find such a wonderful care provider for my father who has mid-stage dementia. It is so comforting knowing Dad is being cared for so well, treated with respect and dignity. The level of service, care, and support Nova Care has provided for such a difficult
client is outstanding. It took us a long time to find a care provider who actually demonstrated they actually do care about the people they are entrusted to look after. Dad is happier than he's been for a long time, the consistent, regular interaction with friendly faces has shown a marked improvement on his sometimes challenging behaviour. It's the right of everyone to be cared for in their own familiar surroundings at home if they so wish, but often the main obstacle for the family is finding the care provider to suit their needs both practically and on a social level. We have been nothing but impressed with the knowledge, compassion and genuine care for Dad. Thank you so much.

I have got the best carers I have ever had. They are so fantastic. My husband loves them. We all should get very good carers, I have got the best. They talk to him, lots of laughs. Sarah initially trained as a First Responder before finding her love of elderly care. It was then she chose to specialise in cognitive illnesses and developed new pathways for all stages of cognitive decline in dementia and behaviours that challenge.
Nova Care Yorkshire has been a life long dream and with hard work and dedication, that dream became reality.

Trisha started her care journey as a cleaner, she dedicated time to undertaking her qualifications and progressed into care and into a management role.
