Adam Batey serves as the Operations Manager for Dale Care's Stockton Domiciliary Care and the Extra Care facilities in Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, and Redcar & Cleveland. His journey to this role began with his graduation in 2023 from Lancaster University, where he completed a four-year degree in Business and Management (Placement) BSc.
Adam’s dedication and hard work have been evident throughout his career. He joined our Graduate Scheme in September 2023 and quickly made an impact. His time at the Gateshead branch, working alongside their Operations Manager, showcased his commitment to service excellence. Adam consistently demonstrated a problem-solving attitude and a keen ability to learn rapidly.
His genuine care for both service users and care workers has been instrumental in his progression to the role of Operations Manager. Adam’s leadership skills, combined with his passion for improving the quality of care, make him an invaluable asset to our organisation.
