Wow just wow! Thanks, he is missed believe me. So sorry he wasn't safe at home anymore, we would have loved for him to be able to stay at home but the time had come. Let us know when he is settled in his new place as we said on the phone, we really want to keep up contact and visit him when we can.

Thank you so much for this lovely review. It can be so difficult for people who have been so independent all their lives to accept help. We work with a domiciliary care management software system for this exact reason. Complete transparency, you can see everything we have recorded and up to the second information which gives you peace of mind when it's hard balancing caring for your dad with managing work and family life too. Keeping him at home safe and well is the priority and he has taken some time to convince to accept that help we know. Really appreciate you taking the time to complete this review.

A big thank you for your feedback and what a pleasure it is to care for your husband. We are sorry to hear that the introduction of newer faces has been a bit confusing for him. As you know, we like to build small teams of care staff around each client, so people get to see the same regular carers and we find this works really well. When the amount of support a client requires increases, this does mean we have to introduce additional care staff to the client. This is to meet the additional hours required. In this case, as the hours have doubled in size it has meant we have now needed to have double the team size. This ensures that everyone can have adequate rest periods in between delivering the care they provide.
