This does not include our one off Assessment Fee which is £90, and we require a 4 weeks deposit which would be refunded if you decide at any point to discontinue the service.

Good morning. We do appreciate your review and time you've taken to do so. Following this concern raised to myself, we've had a meeting and although there have been one or two occurrences afterwards, this concern has been dealt with promptly. We now have a robust monitoring process to ensure our staffs are on time and supporting our service users as per their needs and safely. Also, we now have a direct message line including messaging service with management which will ensure concerns are dealt with promptly and swiftly to prevent any disruption to service.
