Franklyn is currently our Service Manager and has over 4 years of experience working in a Domiciliary care setting. With a Level 7 in Health and Social Care Management, a background at undergraduate level in Public Health, he has the relevant experience and understanding on providing the right attitude to enable the team safely support our service users. Franklyn has experience as a care worker, senior health care assistant, deputy care manager, and has overtime, improved his skills and knowledge to provide effective leadership, and safely support individuals within our care. In his role, he is responsible for the daily smooth running of the business, supporting potential or current service users with reviews or assessment and ensure the organisation is in place with CQC guidelines and regulations.

The Director has over 10 years of experience in the care sector including 7 years as a Director and CQC responsible individual registered, and has played a pivotal role in enhancing the care and support division. With a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, her leadership ensures the highest standards of care, guiding the organisation through numerous challenges. She remains committed to the latest training and best practices, keeping the organisation at the forefront of care provision.

With her experience as a care worker, Rosemary has been providing safe and quality care service for our service users. Considering her passion for supporting the elderly and vulnerable individuals, Rosemary has improved her skills, experience overtime and currently working towards completing her Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. Rosemary was recently promoted to her role as a Care Coordinator and this involve, allocating rotas, completing assessments, reviews, supervisions, spot checks and monitoring the care workers daily whilst ensuring our service is responsive, and of quality whilst maintaining safety. Rosemary is an essential part of our team as she liaise daily with other professionals and the field staffs to ensure the smooth delivery of all care services.
