Azure Care was established in June 2019, with the mission of putting their clients care at the heart of their service. Having seen first hand the impact that home care can have on loved ones, the founders, Parvinder and Kiran, set up Azure Care to ensure that every person receiving care and support services has their needs put first.

This means a service and process designed to allow clients to have their say on what they need, how they need it and when they need it. As a family run business, Azure Care is agile and flexible enough to take speedy decisions to ensure it is able to deliver on its customer promise.

Their vision is to transform the care industry through a human approach to care, which uses technology to empower people and foster transparency. They want to be the preferred choice of people looking for care and for people wanting to deliver care.

Azure Care and all members of the carers and admin I have met have been the most caring professionals you could wish to meet within the care industry. From the initial meeting to decide whether to choose Azure Care, to the incident where my mum's carer found her in an emergency situation and went above
and beyond her role in staying with my mum until an ambulance arrived, proves to me and my family that their services could not be bettered.

I really appreciate the excellent care your ladies give me. I'm in a really happy mood after they finish their work.
It's worth every penny my children pay for the visits.
It makes me happy to hear the lady wake me up as they creep around quietly to prepare my breakfast before they wake me up.

As a family, we had been caring for Mum for a few weeks when we decided she needed help. The Azure team arrived promptly and made an assessment of Mum's needs and a plan of care within hours. The first carers arrived but a couple of hours later. They were absolutely life savers. They were kind. respectful,
and compassionate to both Mum and us as a family. We will be forever indebted to them in our time of greatest need.

From the initial assessment visit, I was confident that my dad would be treated with compassion, care and dignity and this company delivered just that. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and can only say thank you for making my dad's last few days comfortable and with dignity. Not only did
they give him excellent care they put the whole family at ease and looked after us as well. Cannot thank them enough.

The care I receive is very good, and they understand what I require on a day-to-day basis. They talk to me like a human being, not just a piece of meat. They also treat the family well and explain any changes they wish to make to my care. The only issue I have is over timings when they come, mainly
at weekend; I don't want 7-7.30 am, I would like 8 to 8.30 am. I know it's not always possible, but if they could look at this problem. They also need to inform me of changes in carers, as at present, they don't.

I am very satisfied with the service provided. The carers arrive on time and are very reliable and caring. They treat my sister with dignity and attend to her needs professionally. They are aware of their limitations and will seek help appropriately. The management team are approachable and will be

My dad couldn’t be happier with the care provided. Lovely friendly staff who take time to have a chat. Whenever I needed to phone the office for support in any way, I have received it without hesitation. Dad couldn’t ask for more and neither could I.

We have three regular visits each week for my 90-year young mother, as she is starting to find general day-to-day chores a struggle and her mobility is not as it used to be. Therefore, it is a great help to her family to know someone reliable and caring is visiting her. We have been using Azure Care
now for approximately one year and find their staff very helpful and easy to deal with.

Azure have provided care for my parents for just over a year now. My 85-year-old mum has mixed Dementia and my stepfather 92 tries hard to look after her - he has many health issues too. This company has listened to and refined the care package to adapt to the changing needs of my parents. Consequently,
this has had a very positive impact on my parents’ lives, and in turn my life, as I am confident that they are safe and that their needs are met.

I have had this care company for the last month and cannot fault the experience that I have had with the company.
This is the third company that I have had for my husband and I am very impressed with the care that I have been given.
The company arrive on time and look after my husband very well. All
the other companies that I have had have not been as good as this company.
I would recommend this company for anyone looking for care as both the carers are very good and I have never in the last four years had such good care for my husband.

Having been contacted via Facebook after a rant at how bad the local Social Services are in my father's area, my father had a visit the very next day to assess his needs. Very friendly, approachable and professional at all times. My father immediately signed up for some help and visits. Azure Care are
so very reliable, flexible to their clients' needs and go the extra mile whenever they can. Washing, ironing, cleaning, cooking, shopping, or collecting a take out, nothing is too much trouble. Our family uses the mobile app to see what has been done at our father's request and find it very reassuring that his health is always commented and documented on arrival and as leaving. Being 88, disabled, and living alone, I have certainly noticed a difference in his mood which is great. No hesitation whatsoever on recommending to anyone who needs assistance.
