In regards to value for money, we completely understand money is a tough issue right now and wish more than anything we could reduce these costs for all of our clients. However, as we, unfortunately, have no control over the contributions the council requests clients to make towards the service, we regretfully cannot make amendments to the cost of service.
Nonetheless, we are always looking to make improvements where possible and if it is believed there is something more we could do to increase your value for money, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you, to ensure you are getting the most out of your service.

I started up Diamond Home Assist in 2016 with my business partner, Frances. Our aim was to create a service that we would of wanted for our parents or family members with different vulnerabilities or complex needs.
I worked for many years within the print industry, however, after starting up in the social care sector, I soon found my love for the role and for the work we were doing.
I am very proud of the work we do and the amazing staff that currently work with us. I look forward to the many years to come, supporting a wide range of wonderful service users.

For 30 years I worked in the print industry for a variety of different companies. I loved my time in the industry however after starting up Diamond Home Assist I now feel I have found a role that I thoroughly enjoy.
We started up Diamond Home Assist after seeing the additional support our families needed, that at the time, was not available to them. We wanted to create a service that would of benefited our parents through their elderly years. This soon developed into a desire to help more people, such as those with disabilities, learning difficulties and complex needs.
We have been operating for over 8 years and I have enjoyed every minute.

I have been working at Diamond Home Assist since the summer of 2021. I began working at Diamond Home Assist as a commercial manager after graduating from Queen Margaret University with a Business Management degree.
From the moment I joined the team, I loved the role.
Whilst challenging at times, I found it to be highly rewarding. This love for the role saw me begin my new position as a registered manager in April 2023.
My goal is to ensure all staff are highly trained in their role, allowing for the highest possible quality service to be provided to all of our service users. I am a caring and creative person by nature and aim to bring this to the role and the service in general.
